Apartment Mystery Shop Available

We are scheduling mystery shops to call for an appointment and then visit an apartment community. You will pose as someone who is looking to lease an apartment and then will evaluate the leasing agent’s presentation skills both on the phone and in person.

You will be assigned the number of bedrooms to ask for during your shop. During the in-person visit, you will need to present a realistic objection that can be overcome to evaluate the leasing agent’s ability to offer alternative suggestions. You will need to use your real name and contact information in order to evaluate any follow up from the leasing agent as well. You will also might need to present a valid driver’s license before taking a tour.

PAY: $30 + $20 BONUS

Shop Dates: Now through January 12th, weekdays only

How To Apply:
In order to be considered for these shops, you must have a current profile in our database. Please visit [sassieshop.com] and either update your existing profile or create one as a new shopper. Having the profile will also allow you to receive emails for other assignments we have available in your area. Once your profile is completed, visit the job board at the same site and apply for this assignment and any others of interest.

Shops are assigned on a first come, first served basis, so please apply as soon as possible. **Route shoppers should send also send a separate email to Elaine at Elaine@marketviewpoint.com with “Apartment Shop – Route Shopper” and the zip code in which you are interested in the body of the email. You will receive a confirmation email if you are awarded the assignment with further detailed instructions.


Please Note: No shop may be performed without first filling out a profile and an application for the specific shop location, AND receiving a confirmation email that you have been awarded the assignment.
