I recently had (2) shops marked invalid. They were back to back and I put in the wrong "out" time on the first shop, and that made the 2nd shop look like overlapping time causing both shops invalidated.
I had emailed the help desk minutes after submitting the 1st report about my mistake.
After I saw the invalids I sent a polite email explaining it, how I documented the mistake immediately, and also in my email I attached (2) Geo-Data-Verified pics of the locations to show I was there. I was more interested in them not thinking I'm a liar and the money was secondary.
Well after a few days I got a reply today saying they corrected it and validated the shop. They said to review info from now on which of course I do - this was a clumsy mistake. I thanked them and said I'll certainly go slower and review better.
MF did NOT have to do this......but they did. I am thankful and more encouraged to do more of their shops.
