Agreed. I have shopped a lot more with Ipsos in recent months and have generally found their schedulers to be very responsive and helpful.

If only they could mark their box shops “ok to pay” in a timely manner. I’ve waited upwards of 10 days before on a couple of the shops.

Yes it's been a while since I worked with Celeste but she was very helpful when I did.
