I was not feeling well a couple of days ago, and Cindy helped me reschedule a shop. She is always friendly and available, answering emails quickly.
I’m still fairly new to this, but know well what a difference a good, responsive scheduler can make.
I wish all of Summit's schedulers were so responsive :-(

I haven't found her to be so responsive, personally. I have had many emails to her ignored, even though I have had at least a hundred shops scheduled by her. I wonder what I'm doing wrong.
