Jacob...thanks for starting this.....glad to see there are others besides me who have had super stellar experiences in dealing with the MSCs.
At the top of my kudos list are Matt Woods and Jerry Hyman from Customer Service Experts...I've started doing circuit shops for them at our airports and they've helped me every step of the way in getting badged and started. Jerry has been great in answering my questions if something isn't quite right and will tell me what I need to do.
Next on the list is Tracy Keller from Service Scouts....I've only done one shop for them but she and her crew were fantastic in getting me on board. She's also mentioned about other shops i may be interested in (which I have not quite taken her up on yet). Yes they are a bit of work but worth it when you have a great team behind you (not to mention she did answer my texts right away when I had questions during the shop).
Daniel Price from Customer Impact is another one that I've had a great experience with. He is there to answer questions and has been encouraging as well.
Finally (for now) a special shout out goes to Gina at Brandt....I did a shop for them on Sunday and she emailed me back today for a quick edit but also to thank me for a great job on the shop and for braving the cold to go out and do the shop....always nice to have some encouragement and a thank you for doing what we do.
Special mention goes out to someone in the business that I've talked to whos been a help and a sounding board for me...and thats Servanne Edlund. Many thanks to her.
