netspend display assembly

I see now they want us to check with the client who will provide a Planogram (POG) to assist us in setting up the display. Has anyone done these? Seems like $25 isn't enough to go through this.

I've done these for another company in grocery and drug stores. I was paid hourly. $25 wouldn't touch the work I had to do.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.

I've done many of these you get faster as you go along. I can reset the entire display in less than a half hour. I study the planogram the day before and I bring tape and tape it to the display. The hardest part is making sure you have your spacing right, once you have that down the cards go on pretty easily. I've seen some use a foldable stool if you're rearranging or creating an entire display. It's easier to do looking at it straight on. Good Luck!
i do a lot of netspend. haven't seen anything like that yet. i'm also confused because netspend usually makes up only a couple pegs of the entire display.

Oh, I hope "the client" WANTS you there, at least.

I was sent to a location to tidy a display and refill with back stock once and arrived to find that the display didn't exist. I had to argue to get paid because they tried to say I didn't give them enough information about their prospect's objections. That wasn't the assignment! And, the employees I asked about the lack of a display were hostile. "We don't have one and NEVER HAVE." Like someone else asked 40 times already?

So, I am curious and hope you follow up with whatever happens.

it can be tricky, because a lot of locations have done away with physical displays depending on the client. the big spinner displays you expect to find everywhere aren't usually there anymore(circle k for instance), and often there will be smaller sections of cards near the main register. they call it "qline" or whatever. there are some locations that got rid of their cards altogether, but it's few and far between from my experience.
Are these a reset on an existing display where you need to rearrange the cards, or a full display assembly requiring tools?

I've done the resets but I'm not sure if you are seeing a different project. I've seen the store planograms and the MSC version, and the store ones have better graphics, so I would hope these would be slightly easier to work with. I have also done a few displays that are "not standard" so they don't adhere to a POG, so this could be why they want to use the store POG. They do usually get faster once you have done a few.

I'm sure that's all true. But, the response from the MSC was that they knew there weren't any cards on display at the store and the reason they sent me was to find out why the store doesn't offer them. It was a sales mission. They just hadn't bothered to tell me that.

I've done these for years and never really had anything quite like that. The closest situation would be a gas station that was closing down in a week and they didn't want me to put up cards because they were selling off all their inventory. Now, if you do a location and it does not have a display, you should have an option in the report to answer that it is not there. It then may prompt you to ask why they don't have them and take pictures of the store area to "prove" it isn't there. I have seen a few grocery stores (not part of this project), that no longer put certain cards on display like the Vanilla Visa cards, and you have to buy them at customer service due to fraud.
I have done these for years also and this is the first one where I must construct the display.

That sounds like it would be more than $25 for sure.
