How many grammatical/style errors can you spot in this email? Fortunately, she's not an editor. And, I had no idea that schedulers assist us on a day to day basis. (Except, of course, by sending annoying emails and phoning...)


Good Afternoon all ASSIGNED SHOPPERS TO MARCH PROGRAMS ENDING MARCH 31ST

There is no time to cover the shops in your account if you do not do the shops.

Please be mindful of what the schedulers do for you on a day to day basis as we acknowledge the time and efforts you provide for us. Please commit to the shops you have assigned this close to the end of the month.

There is next to no time available to find shoppers willing to do these last minute.

IF YOU KNOW YOU CANNOT DO THE SHOP IN YOUR ACCOUNT PLEASE LET ME KNOW RIGHT AWAY.

shoppers that do not do their shops and do not communicate risk having poor shopper ratings affecting future opportunities and Schedulers are penalized.

Scheduler and IC are dependent on each other for success.

Thank you for your hard work this month and looking forward to a fun , money making APRIL 2025!

Be kind and omit her name. It's just not necessary.
I love the ALL CAPS. Ok, well, gosh, I wasn't sure what you were trying to tell me but now that you are screaming it in ALL CAPS, dumb little me gets the message.

FWIW, I don't read this email as being from a non-native English speaker. I have a team of international employees (Native Spanish, Portuguese and French speakers) and these aren't the type of grammatical errors they make. Errors are usually in verb tense and word order, not just poorly written sentences and lack of punctuation and capitalization. Also a phrase like "Cover your shop" isn't something a language translation app would generate as its a turn of phrase that makes sense in English, but wouldn't in Spanish. (In Spanish it would literally mean put a cover over your store).
