"Anonymous" Editors

Rant alert!
I've had it with anonymous editors! (No offense to the many non-anonymous I have built personal relationships with and who have been great to work with.)
I've been in the business for 10 years. Maybe I have encountered a new editor this time. I would have no idea of knowing because they are anonymous.
I'm making twenty five dollars on a job I have done maybe thirty-Forty times before. This time I get an anonymous email stating that I need to correct something. I did that.
Then I get another email from anonymous, (I certainly cannot know if its the same "Anonymous"winking smiley, stating that I need to write a complete narrative of everything the associate said (and my responses to it), which I have never been instructed to do before.
The correction notes continued saying that I also need to "detail with prices" what the mobile phone company's, "Bundle was". This was evident, and written by the associate on her quote, that was uploaded!
Then, to top it off
the email says to add the additions in twenty four hours or it will be deleted. I really should just let it be deleted.
I've never been asked any of this before. I'm done with the company. If the company's don't start treating their evaluators better, it seems to me many will drop out.
Don't bother telling me to buck up or it's my choice.
You're right, I'm out!

This sounds like the editor I had a few weeks ago. This editor drove me insane on about 9 jobs! I was trying to work, and I kept getting revision notices from her, even after I just left a note and returned the job. I finally had to contact the program manager and get this craziness stopped. It was stuff like she said the ceiling was horribly dirty, even after I answered no to it being dirty. I inserted a note to her before I returned the job to her, "No, the ceiling is painted black. It's squeaky clean." It was stuff like that.

Edited to correct spelling of left.

That's one of many reasons why I stopped taking certain assignments from certain companies. One in particular (BG) is such a pain in the butt I cringe whenever her name shows up in my email.
While I was typing reports for another company, the editor kept checking my report. I would lose what I was typing. I always go back over the report before submitting to proof read. My grades are always 9 to 10. This was very irritating. This same editor made me do revisions for items that had always been correct for several years. Constructive criticism is appreciated but nit picking could be done in a better manner.
There are some clients that do require the shop be done perfectly. That said, the guidelines should stress that the project is under every sort of scrutiny to a "t," to let the shopper know how stringent the editing would be.
I have no problem with that.

I do have a problem when I copy out the guidelines and something is asked by the editor for that is not in the guidelines.
I can empathize. It is frustrating to be redirected after being rated a 10 many times in the past. I wonder if past reports we all submitted were not good enough for the client so the editors have dialed up the detail requirements?

Sometimes, I get all indignant inside myself and feel unhappy I received writing feedback as a person with a post graduate degree. Other times, I look back at what I wrote and find it infantile and am shocked I wrote such a rushed and poorly written report with so many grammar errors.

I feel the requirements need to be much clearer. I would like a grading rubric please (it’s the professor in me). It would be really helpful to know what a perfect report looks like for each project.

Exactly and that is my main problem. I've had shops that stated in the guidelines that it can be could be done any time the store is open. Got denied because the editor says it was suppose to have been done at a certain time .I emailed the guidelines showing that it says anytime on my end and they never replied to me.
