Road trip, using MSing & other techniques to defray expenses, your best tips?

We love Jaggers (owned by TXR and not many locations) and love the rewards on their app. If you happen to be near KY/IN check it out even if it’s for the free sandwich you earn after downloading it.

While Chic fil A is not my favorite for a meal, I do think they have a good rewards program.

Jimmy Johns has good rewards as well as free items will pop up or a very discounted sub coupon.

Download Whattaburger and you’ll receive a free Whattaburger sandwich after you join.

Which loyalty apps have value for you?
I have only 3 I use: Starbucks, Dunkin and McDonalds.
My quickie review:
McDonalds - can be useful for free beverages. I don't eat much of their food, but sometimes breakfast sammiches are good, and they offer 2 for 1.
Starbucks - they've stripped their previous rewards program out. I still swipe when I buy, but points expire so quickly, I often lose them.....so not that valuable for me.
Dunkin - they've also devalued their program. Takes quite a while & many purchases for me to earn a drink...so nothing to get excited about lol.[/quote]

Fetch.
I scan everything - from one lime purchased at Safeway to $400 hotel night at Hilton. Most receipts are worth 25 points if they don't match any offers. My friend bought $50 worth of Pepsi and did not notice that they did not ring at BOGO. That receipt got me around 2500 points. I bought NFL tickets on Stub Hub, but went through the Fetch app to purchase them. I think that I got about 40,000 points for that. Usually, I just upload a ton of Chevron receipts for 25 points each though.

I cash them in for e-gift cards (Apple, Bahama Breeze, Chart House, TJMAXX group). I have cash in for exactly $200 in gift cards (just checked)

I wound up getting Fetch points for the pizza shops I do, which also has a rewards program, so that was a pleasant surprise!
i tried it once or twice. i would add an extra hour per shop to travel time especially if you are new. if you make a mistake they will want you to go back so that could inconvenience you and lead to a bad rating/disqualification. they might let you delay until your return trip. they might not.

Minime, that's a good one lol....my Mom would probably be the last person who changed my diaper hahaha and that was a long time ago....but I have heard of people bringing them on long road trips lol.
Remember the story of that astronaut in Texas who drove nonstop to Florida on a revenge tour? the cops found her wearing diapers...that was quite the story. lol

I knew with our twin telepathy that you would think of that lunatic astronaut. Lol!
Q: Can you drive 900 miles without stopping to pee?

A: It Depends

Sorry, I'll see myself out hahahaha.
