Ty cut fee

I did some this month and picked up 3 for a monthly thing. 14 mile round trip so should be about 2 hours max. Less right now because one store does not have a display! Two 7/11s and a Speedway so very easy!

That sounds like 7 11. The key is to give them the CI ordering phone number. They have to order or answer the phone to confirm an order when they call back. I feel the stores and I hit a milestone once an order arrives. I have even stood beside a 711 franchisee as they called the hotline for moral support (there was a potential language barrier there). I heard their order - they ask store number name and number and type of toys they would like. The order did arrive. The store owner was happy and it all sold in less than a month.
I think the obvious is known about not accepting them but when you see the same thing over and over again with most of these companies it's only human to vent some frustration.
During my 485 mile route yesterday, I passed buy several, bonused at $35. No point accepting any of them since they aren’t self assign. Doubt I’ll be heading that direction tomorrow, since they are all in very rural locations.
I picked up some more 7/11 ones. All real close and all stores I have worked in before with pre-paid cards!
7/11 are stores I like to work in!. They are used to vendors and most emplyees don't care enough bother you while you are working.
I will do my best to see that they get the product they need if they want it (have ran into more than one store that doesn't always want stuff-I just note it)!
I like stuff easy and close. I picked up 12 stores. Should be an 6 hour day if I do them all at once! I count my days from leaving home until returning.

Wow, I'm the exact opposite. First and foremost, I'm quite happy I found TY now that the red button shops are drying up faster than Lake Corpus Christi down here. They're pretty straight forward and easy and I have found it to be true (so far) that as long as it's appealing to the eye, they give you a lot of rope on how you sort the items. I (as always--my curse) try to go the extra mile and put the Marvel ones together, the Disney ones together, the etc... and so far so good on that.

The thing is that the only ones I've done are at supermarkets and drug stores. My thought is these stores are larger, they are not as busy, and the products are usually worked out by the staff. So far, all of those thoughts have been confirmed. I haven't ran into any that have backstock yet. Of course the flip side is that you run into one of those tall round displays that has 2X as much product as it's designed to hold!!!

Anyway, I like going to a Walgreens at 0700 when there is nobody there, the store is clean and quiet...I grab a shopping cart and go to town.

Where is your route if you don't mind my asking?

That particular route took me through southwestern Nebraska, northwestern Kansas and northeastern Colorado, then back home. I generally complete shops in Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado, and South Dakota. All rural areas that no one else seems to shop very often.

That Apartment MSC has some shops in that area (a little further north I believe). I was brainstorming a route up that way when the weather gets warmer. Some were paying over $200 a stop. Of course by the time you get through with the form you've made $1.83 an hour.

LOL
The question's are getting ridiculous photo of before backstock, then after backstock then you have to hunt someone down to give you contact information for management. The stock is also an issue some locations need more ask for it and get nothing and others say they don't want any right now and they send them boxes. I had a manager yelled at me because Ty sent them a box after I marked they didn't want one.

If you ever need a place to stay that free, I have a spare bedroom upstairs if you’re ok with a cat that sometimes ventures upstairs and a 3.6 lb chihuahua who won’t leave you alone once he warms up to you. Early mornings you’ll hear the rooster crowing and from time to time you’ll hear the horse’s whinny too. I’m located about 40 miles east of North Platte, Ne., right off the interstate.
My theory is that the company's sole owner and founder, TY Warner, who is 81 years old (b1944), either brought young MBAs to run the company, or he wants to increase distribution and sales so that he can sell the company. Talking to store managers, TY got rid of all the salespeople between spring and summer and started the new model with us. If you have been paying attention to the reports, first they did display inventory, then management names and contact. Probably that information was maintained by the sales rep and corporate did not have accurate records. Then they tried to reconcile their records with sales records and available inventory in the backrooms of the stores. It took some time for the corporate sales team and fulfilment dept to organize and coordinate when shipment should be sent. The last couple of months have been more in tune with the stores ' needs. They want photo of the boxes to understand based on their own records what shipments we find in the stores, because CI is the middleman and tries to keep a solid separation wall between TY and the shoppers so we can not be poached. Our role is to keep the displays as full as possible. (Clean too.) I'm pretty sure there is an AI program looking at display photos and determines inventory needs. Throw in the mix the stores involved with their own issues and there is frequent chaos and not one size fits all. The pharmacy chain that was recently bought, the managers are completely indifferent, do not even care to scan the invoice, and do not want to have any back inventory. The other drug store chain depends on the manager, from indifferent to highly involved. Many small groceries stores owned by Indians were sold large displays with loads of merchandise and barely sell 1 beanie every 3 months. Gas stores in remote areas have been complaining that they have not had a rep for months.
This is why it is a good thing to nagociate and joined early instead of waiting and gaming. My close relative is currently working for them at ta fee that they will not be reducing due to agreement made during 2024. The only thing that got hurt is when they chagne 7-11 from bi-weekly to monthly. However, the rep still honoring the price that was agreed upon when we joined with the new locations that I am pickingup. I tried to join like 2 months ago with the same price point my relative agreed on but got denied "due to budget issue", and it does looks like the price my relative have is pretty close to the price they got paid according to the COO. It does looks like when they first starting the project they were having issue recruiting so they did went aggreesive with the pricese for people who are willing to stay, and now things are getting stable they are more restrint on how much they willing to offer to newcomers.
To me, the fee I require is all based on time and the job. These are easy jobs, no heavy lifting, no employees bothering you, and don't take much time! There are some jobs I won't do (however I guess there is always a right price) for the simple reason that I don't want to deal with a given product or business.
Many here say that about Walmart! I like Walmart jobs because they are easy and the employees don't care. They don't bother you (hell they seem to avoid you as they think you might want something). The hardest thing there is when you need a signature!

I also care about overall time. How much time I am in the car and how many miles (gas and maintenance) I drive.
Close easy stuff I will do for less based on time. If I have to spend more time in the car and more on car expenses, the price goes up. Most companies understand this but still don't want to pay. Those are the jobs I don't take unless we can agree on price. Companies will ask you to drive 50 miles for the same price as driving 5 miles. You have to be like Nancy and just say no!
