Anybody shopped these? Is it hard to get required pictures?

I'm not sure I agree with some of the comments here about the difficulty of getting the photos. Are you guys waiting until after you get your order and pay, then leave the line, before taking the photos? Otherwise, not sure how other customers would get in the way. I take them when I'm in line, right up near the slicer and the prep area. I find having people in front of me in line helps because it distracts the workers. The only complication is that up close, depending on location, cling signage on the glass sometimes partially obscures the slicer, but I've found the MSC's editors are chill about this.
Odd. Did you report the meat case as dirty or having less than two layers? When the meat case is A-OK, I don't include a photo and haven't had a problem.@dafizisblue wrote:
I just had one returned requesting a picture of the meat case. I took one, but did not include it originally because the guidelines only list pictures for the slicer, prep area and sandwich.
The top 3 photos show clean slicers. The bottom 3 show slicers with debris or piled up, leftover meat.@non sequitur wrote:
I came searching for this post because of the slicer photo: I did a JM shop when they first started and it was easy, but today (did guidelines change?) I’m looking at the 3 “acceptable” examples and the 3 “unacceptable “ examples of meat slicer photos and… I can’t tell the difference at all!!! Can anyone tell me the difference? Link: [imgur.com]
No, you don't have to. They're supposed to wipe down the slicer pretty regularly, like after every sandwich or two. I don't think one or two specks of meat from your sandwich necessarily fails the slicer. Generally you can tell if they've been letting crap build up. Just use common sense.@non sequitur wrote:
So you have to take the picture of the slicer before they make your sandwich? That seems wrong (easier to do after they finish slicing and start assembling), but I guess that is the difference.
Sorry, this site is glitching now, the edit I attempted on my previous post showed up in the wrong spot, and when I try to fix it, the fix shows up while I'm editing but not in the post. So I'm trying an original post. Let's see if this often-glitch-ridden site lets it go through. I'll delete if not.@non sequitur wrote:
I just did the shop and could barely get a pic at all because it was obstructed by sneeze guard and ads, but anyway it wasn’t wiped down (but during a rush, should it be?). But my real confusion was whether the “unsatisfactory” referred to the quality of the picture itself, and it would be rejected and no pay. Now I think it’s referring to an unacceptable situation, not an unacceptable photo. Confusing though.

I take the photo while the person turns around to grab the bread.
