be careful with netspend!

to everyone going these gigs, the survey has changed. they don’t just want cards that expired jan 26 and before to be tossed, they want all netspends that don’t look like the ones we’re bringing in. the ones currently on pegs look very similar so it’s easy to mistake. you still need to look through all the cards though because some locations do have some current ones up too. i think this is what they wanted all along, but the survey was not originally written correctly. it is now though, so i’m just letting you guys know, so no one has to do a revisit… i know how painful those can be. i highly doubt they’d ask for revisits on visits done before the change in survey instructions, that wouldn’t be fair to us.

Thanks for the info. In my areas, the last few times I've completed them, they were the ones as you are talking about; removing all of them and replacing with a new brand look.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
Yep, BTDT. The stupid green sticker was not a help either as they had used green recently. The easiest tell for me was that the new ones aren't a folded over format anymore so they are much skinnier. You can feel the difference.
Yes, I've done a few of these. Once you know to get rid of all the old style ones, it actually goes faster.

I had one store where the picture in the guidelines had a different arrangement than the planogram, so double check and use the planogram instead of the picture in the guidelines.
Ummm.... these idiots asked us to go back and correct their mistake for not putting out the correct information from the get go.

Yeah, they are. They heard about it from me to.

BTW it's not just "the slim ones". It's the "slim dark blue ones". The light blue ones stay.
@weatherman2111 hopefully, you demanded they pay you for your troubles on the "return request".

I may talk to them on Monday about that. The base pay honestly wasn't bad and none of them are too far from me.
they just need to be more concrete with the instructions. feels like too much is being left open for interpretation. it was different when netspend had the white packaging, it was easy to distinguish those as the old ones. now it’s like they change their packaging twice a year and it all looks mostly the same. 2 different cards that expire in 2027(march and september i think) look only slightly different from each other. i think the others expiring in 2029 are the ones we keep on there. either way, they should give us a specific date. cards on so and so date and before, throw out
