Highest number of shops you've done in a day, a week, a month? in person, not online or by phone

This is purely a polling question out of curiosity.
Me? I am surely on the low end of the group here.
A day? I once did 8 gas stations in one day. They were all close together on one highway in Florida.
A week? A couple years ago, we were driving through Florida and noticed many Texas Roadhouse spots were located along our route on I-95. We hit four different TRs that week. Covered a lot of our meal expenses of course, but didn't want to eat steak for awhile after that. Did a few gas stations that week too.
A month? hard to say for sure, might have been a month where I did about 20? that would be a high month for me..average is probably less than 10. Could do a lot more if I wanted to work harder and drive longer.
What keeps me from cramming many shops into one day? I hate the thought of turning in at night and still having a bunch of reports to write...if not required that night, I have gotten up early to finish them...but I hate writing reports whenever I am wiped out.

A maxed day of purely shops is about 15-20. Since July I’ve tracked around 300 between myself and occasional shopping spouse. I shop on my work “lunch hour”, after work and on my “days off”. One way I have increased the number I do is by doing partial shop reports mobile. Another way is shopping partner/assistant. This year I also started working for The Source (again?) I have been enjoying their Field Agent app for shop entry. Sometimes spouse chauffeurs me to next location while I write report. We also started merchandising this year and have enjoyed the flexibility of the work, lack of need to be non revealed and no long commentaries. I have a tendency to work for many companies in a shopping day, picking up whatever looks interesting in an targeted area. We have increased our family’s shopping intensity this year as SOS measure to get a different fully functioning vehicle with better mileage, lower payment and insurance. Mystery shopping in July was brutal with broken car AC.
Years back, and this was 10+ years back, with a company you had to send a paper report in, I did 8 or 9 banking shops.
When I was younger and started to sign-up with multiple MSCs, maybe the most was 10 in one day. Last year when I had downtime, the most might have been around eight in one day. When I did that many shops, I tried not to take on long reports.

Related to entering multiple reports, I did it in chunks at the time, dependent on what's due first.

Now for me, shops should be within walking distance, on the way, and/or convenient. If it makes sense to stack shops on a trip, I'll pick up some more. A lot of it now is dictated around effort, schedule, and availability.
My daily max is tied at 17 each; all in category #1--money. Unfortunately, one was in 2009 at the Cincinnati airport and the other, Chase inquires, in 2012. Predicated upon the current climate in shopping, I would be quite surprised if that many money shops were ever again available for me.
For special projects, I’ve done around 40 locations per day.
A couple of times, they were QSR drive throughs. I’ve also done purchase shops in cities where I’ve had lists of 100’s of locations to choose from. I can do 30 or 40 a day easily.
I can knock out 20-30 airport shops a day in a large airport.

I don’t generally grind out 100’s of shops a month anymore. I work a full-time job. Most of my jobs now are done Friday to Sunday.
@BayShopper22 I'm doing an airport location soon with 30 shops. About how long does that take you? (I'm used to doing about half that at my local airport, and it usually takes 2-3 hours.)

10-15 minutes for retail or QSR
30-60 minutes for sit down dining
15-30 minutes for bars
The most I've done in a single day was a route of Citgo gas stations, I did 15 in a single day. I was healthier then, and I also made myself sick and was bedridden for 3 days afterward. My limit now seems to be 6 - 8 with days in between, or shops that require little to no walking and take less than 30 minutes to complete, including the report.
I've never actually counted my jobs I do in a day, but it's a lot. I do mostly routes. When I do routes, I do the quick and easy jobs so I can get in and out. I did 19 jobs today.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
for gas stations like buy some things (not Gas) I can easy do up to 10 in one day. 10-15 minutes per shop. Especially if they are on the app.

My first response would have been three but then I recalled going to a mall and asking questions about opening a credit card at 6 different stores. This was before apps. I had 6 pieces of paper in 6 different colors in my purse to take notes as soon as I exited each store.
I’ve done 15 phone shops in one day. I didn’t have to go anywhere and they were pretty easy car dealership recorded phone calls. It was alot for me for one day!

I am not doing any phone calls regardless of pay. I got few times and got to far east call center. I can not understand a single word from call.

I did 8 shops Monday. 4 grocery in stores, 1 mall store signage check, 2 bank meet with banker shops and 1 bank open a new account shop. All done within 4 hours on the road- then 2 hours reporting with the downloading of all the required new account documents taking the longest time.
I only started doing more than a few a year in summer 2023. Max in a day was 7, max in a week is 30, and max in a month was 68. I'm work full time for a school, with another part-time job, so, I generally can't grab more than one (or maybe two) jobs on a weekday, but Saturdays and summers are easier (I work Sundays). In 2023, I only started on June 25 and did 159 between then and the end of the year. Last year I did 196 jobs total. I've actually only done one job so far this year (I lost my dad in November, my mom went in the hospital the day after his service, my cat got sick over Christmas and died mid-January, I was on leave from work- it's been a rough couple months). There aren't a *ton* of jobs here, and I did a lot of apt shops in 2023 that are one-and-never-again rotations, bonused mattress shops where someone recognized me a year later, kias that are gone, etc., so, there are a bunch now where I c/wouldn't do them anyway.
Last year I did 12 gas station light audits in one night. Started around 4:30 when it was dark and finished around 10 PM. I think I had a few more to go but some of the places were closed when I got there. I didn't account for the hours of operation!!! That was enough, I was tired.
I think the number is probably not relevant, though. 5 high-paying, time intensive shops may take the same number of hours and net the same pay as 20 or 30 quick, in-and-out shops.

And I know some people around here get cranky at some of us who do it as "extra" income rather than a full-time gig, but, I also know what shops I enjoy/prefer/have fun with. I'd rather do one apartment shop for $60 than six phone shops for $12, even if they'd collectively take about the same amount of time, because I have fun with the apartment shops. The phone shops are a chore to me, with nothing I've found to be enjoyable, so the first shop is more valuable to me, even if I'm paid less monetarily. Obviously, other people's ideas will vary on this.
Actually, I forgot. I might've done around 15 Jack in the Box one day. It went by relatively quick. To make it fully worthwhile, I could've eaten it all, but I valued my health more and took a small bite for the taste test!
I've done just over 50 in a day once. Most were quick and easy 5-minute shops that day. On average, I do well over 100 a week pretty much every week.
I once did 30 Marathons in one day. I started at 6am and had 20 done by noon. They were on Shopmetrics and much easier to do.

I completed 10 apartments, 18 Marathons, and 10 Citgos in one day. That was a long day.

In a week I did over 300 Marathons, 100 Citgos, and 50 apartments.

The current rules won't allow for this anymore, but there was a route that I did a few times that allowed me to do 2 Krogers Pickups, 2 competitor (Walmart) pickups and 5 Kroger in-stores in one day. It involved just short of 200 miles of driving and took a full day. All were relatively smaller towns and each of the in-stores was well bonused. I had lunch and an early supper at bonused orphan Sonic locations as well. There was also an isolated Phillips 66 that was always bonused to around $50 just a five minute detour along the route. I don't recall all the specifics involved, but recall that with fees and reimbursements it was a little under $500 in gross pay.
I only did that route when the Walmart pickups were available as well as bonused Sonics, so it wasn't always in alignment to do more than the four times that I pulled it off.
Nowadays, I stick within an hour of home and swore off Sonic and gas stations completely.
