PIZZA HUT: How is the report and pics required please?

How is the report and pictures requirement? Got a last minute posting for it yesterday, but could not do it. Many Thanks

Make 100% sure you can see all the edges of the crust in the 3 main pizza photos.
Don't forgot you'll need to write on the box. If you plan to eat in the car or away from home BRING A MARKER!
Super easy. i would do them more but MS calories still count *cries*. I bring a sharpie like Momtreal suggests and take all the pics either in the back seat of the car or on my counter top when I get home. Then I eat, then 5 minutes for the report.
Very easy! Did anyone else notice the guideline stating to write the street and city, but the sample picture on the actual report showed the street and zip code?

Yes I noticed the conflicting pic address requirements in the guidelines and the print version of the report. Many thanks for everybody's replies.
The box that I had was coated with some type of product that no matter what type of pen (I tried 8 different pens/markers) not one would work. Out of frustration I wrote all the information on a post it note and explained this to scheduler. It was disqualified .
I also had it disqualified since I did not write on the box. Seems to me that they got the information they requested except I did not follow the instructions and used a piece of paper.
What real difference would it make except probably using the pizza for more than one shop. The problem with that is you would not have a receipt.
Live and learn!
Thanks very much for the heads up! If I cannot write on the box, will discreetly apply white out first. That will likely work with any magic marker.
Nothing would adhere to the surface of the box, including the post-it note. I propped it up.
I did two one day to feed family for a get together. They were in the same town and were for pepperoni hand tossed. I did get the Sharpie on box and all the pictures. I was paid and given 10s on reports. The only bad part was the pizzas. They were completely inconsistent and both icky. I decided not to patronize PH anymore.
Totally agree. Worst pizza anywhere and with so many good, authentic pizza places, cannot understand why folks eat this trash. It's just awful.
I have, what I consider, a better idea. On Mondays, Kroger's sells pizza for $5, no pics, any toppings, has a $10 fee, no narrative, adds an extra $5 to spend as a shopper desires and pays the 15th of the following month.
I've used a variety of different types of markers with no issue. The hand-tossed pepperoni and mushroom, which is what the shops have been for lately, is disgusting. I think the thin-crust pepperoni is not bad. The best pizza I got from a shop was the "New York" style pepperoni, because it also had the higher quality Ezzo's or Ezzo's-type pepperoni.
Nothing would adhere to the box. It was a waxy and greasy surface. I tried wiping it off to no avail. A lot of frustration trying to do the right thing.

A Sharpie marker has worked for me every single time. Did you try this or was it some other type of marker?
You could also etch the info with a pointed knife or ice pick first and then easily write over it. Also, be sure to use the correct shop pictured confirmation paid which arrives afer an unuseable, immediate version. The rejected shops likely come from Pizza Hut and not the scheduler.
Same. I've used Sharpie, a cheap Walmart Pen+Gear marker, STABILO Pen 68, and others with no issues.
