What type of job is that?

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
The 20 item c-store price checks are $25 (after bonus) now on that MSC that I shop for. They used to be called "super easy" but no more for some reason! But compared to the shop you are talking about, this one would definitely be preferable.

I hate seeing these shoppers doing these price checks in stores. When I am going grocery shopping as a regular customer, these people stand there with their cell phones aimed at the items and getting in people's way. I don’t understand why a grocery store or any store would hire people to do this. It is extremely irritating.
My belief is that competitors are doing the hiring. They want to know what the competition is charging and they don't care if shoppers in the competitor's stores get upset. Why do you think some stores are throwing out the shoppers? Why would a store need to hire soneone to check their own prices? Competitors are doing the "hiring".
