Did anyone watch the webinar or the recording for this MSP's pricing audits? I thought it was hilarious that they were telling people that "you have a right to be there". Like if I just tell the manager or owner that exact quote they will just walk away and leave me alone. If that's the case then why do these audits have to be unannounced and top secret then? Why can't I just walk in and say, "it's my right to be here and I'm going to stay all day".
