When are postal shops bonused?

Got spoiled last month with postal shops being $15 and then an additional $10 each for doing a minimum of five, meaning I got paid $25 each for 29 different shops. Now that they're back to $5 each, anyone know when they start getting bonused again? Granted, last month was the end of the year, but it seems they started after the 10th.

Shopping domestic and international locations since 2003.

Who knows but they are driving me absolutely insane with the calls, emails and texts begging me to take this for $5. I've asked about 20 times now for them to stop calling, but today alone I got 13 THIRTEEN phone calls and 5 voicemails. I've even started blocking the numbers, but they are spoofing a large pool of VA numbers from the Phillippines, so its like a rash...just keeps spreading.

Cassie, maybe go into your shopper profile and change your number? I have with several MSCs to avoid the annoyance.

I did not receive the $50 bonus for completing 5 shops at the end of 2024 yet. Did anyone else receive this bonus payment? I was unsure if I should ask or be patient...

I thought about doing that, but these shops are on ISS. So changing my number on ISS means I would no longer get alerts and notifications about the jobs I do for other MSC's on ISS. The app likely wouldn't work either as it would no longer be associated with my mobile number as it needs to be.

I mean call me crazy, but maybe they just stop harassing people like this? I think I'll just call Jason Bare tomorrow and lay it all for him. I'm out of other ideas.

No, I didn't get that either. And its impossible to contact anyone for resolution as they have Virginia Horton listed as the contact on ISS for these shops, and she either doesn't exist, quit, or doesn't know where the Reply or Forward Button is on email.

They've turned this whole program in to such a fiasco and bait/switch. I really hope someone else takes it over next year!

I received one payment for the extra $50 with the last payment. I have 2 more pending. You have to complete the shop they sent to your log as if it was a shop to get the extra $50. You just put in today's date and submit. It's like an invoice I guess. When I first saw it was a shop for a Virginia address, I canceled it thinking it was a mistake before I received the email explaining what it was. They had to put it back on my log. You should then see the extra payment pending on your log.

Good question. I can knock out 5 on Saturday, but not for $5.

The $50 payment does not show in my pending payments and there is no invoice on my account. I will have to ask! Thank you!!!

They sent an email that I needed to go to my assigned shops on ISS and fill out a one question report to get the bonus.

Who is they? Is there a person's name? This Rodolofo Gutlay they have listed isn't a real person - thats a man's name with an AI Generated picture of a female on ISS. And he/she/it/robot doesn't respond to emails, either!

Whoever sent the email does not appear to have an email you can respond to. I sent you a PM with email of the individual signing email.
