I have done Timeshares in Las Vegas. The presentation took 90 minutes + and you can actually stay anytime from the 1st. night to up to how many nights they are offering, which was anywhere up to 7...I stayed 2 nights.

I am with a Vegas MSC, you need to have your PI License to work in Vegas.
I used to see Timeshares on TNS, but this year they have no jobs all.

Acually, TNS has a bunch of timeshares but the once that I see most this year are in the eastern half of the country.

Myself and a couple fellow shoppers were wondering if they went out of business, as there have been no jobs posted here all year anywhere, they did a grocery store and Timeshares here...would love to know if anyone is still working for them.

Irene, this may be a case where you could have moved outside of the required demographic. I see the shops in question.
Does TNS have another site they use other than Sassie? I don't see a single shop in the entire US on their Sassie site...
Yes, the timeshares and other shops post on their ClientSmart website at [tns.clientsmart.com] There is a link on that page to register in case your User Name and Password did not transfer over to it automatically.

I can see a case for excluding people from the timeshare shops based on age. They are selling to very specific demographic and marketing a 20-30 year investment.
For the grocery shops, it doesn't make sense, being that it's a budget grocery supplier. I'm not doing the grocery shops this time of year, but I do see the email offers every now and then. If you don't get those, you are most likely excluded, I'd guess.

Thanks Steve, I understand the Timeshares, but that grocery store and with another B-day coming up, makes me feel great, maybe they think I'm on a walker, NOT! You know me, I should be able to do a grocery store, right!! I'm feeling a little let down by this industry......but, I'll live.

Steve, I have been thinking about, and respectfully disagree about the age thing and Timeshares. My sister who is older than I went to the Wyndham while vactioning in Vegas and bought a Timeshare for her son and daughter-in-law. I don't think any sort of Real Estate has an age on it. Young folks buy for their growing families, seniors buy down or to travel and have a home like place to stay at, and being able to trade locations is a great selling point for them. Many move down from their original large homes to Townhouses and pick up a Timeshare as well....they usually buy with a large cash down from their sale, and you don't have to get 30yr. loan. I think the client setting an age limit is doing themselfs an injustice, reports from all ages can and do benefit them.
edited to add...just went to the Wyndham site in Vegas and low and behold, they accept shoppers to age 80....my words of vengence are retracted, good for Wyndham.
TNS cannot have ditched me due to age.

I went on a time share while on vacation in the Caribbean a few year's ago. We had to leave our car and go into the car with the sales person. The tour took two hours. After the two hours were up, the sales person,the would not take no for an answer.He kept asking why we would not purchase. I finally said, "We are not interested." He was so mad. We wasted another hour. My husband and I said, never again.
