The first visits were due 1/15. The second round visits are due by 1/29 according to the calendar they sent out. If these are highly bonused mid-month, my assumption is that they need them done asap as they didn't get done by the round 1 deadline, but I'm sure they'd work with you.
They usually accept these same day in my experience. If they haven't, try giving them a call. They answer the phone!
