shopperbob, Sorry my post was for Guitarzan.@shopperbob wrote:
Okie, if your last post was directed to me, since my termination, I have enjoyed one free meal annually, 10% off any day, a 20% discount on Mondays and 30% once a yr.; a veteran's benefit. In addition, I dine before the crowd, blaring country music and boot scooters, any day I wish and at any hour. Finally, no report to submit. I am perfectly content to remain terminated.
Unfortunately, my last three visits to the Roadhouse have been a slight disappointment. The fries have been greasy, the steak not as flavorful and cherry tomatoes were missing from my salad; I still enjoyed my meals.

I have no idea. The MSA would not tell me or giving me any details. I’m only guessing they saw me take a photo of my receipt at the bar.

Thank you.
Your response was very helpful. I complained about a burned steak, and the manager spoke to me and replaced it. I included this comment on my evaluation, and I bet TRH management connected the dots.

The scheduler told me she did not know why I was banned.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought if there is anything wrong with you meal you are not allowed to say anything to the server or manager?

If that were the case, they wouldn't have the following question in the report:
If at any time your experience wasn’t legendary, and you spoke with a manager. did the manager do what it takes to bring you back?
