I failed in my recertification. The milkshake question did me in.

Got this message

"We're sorry but your certification test answers were not all correct and you have exceeded the maximum number of times this test can be taken. Shops for this client or project will be removed from your list of potential shops for now but you will be eligible again in the future based on the client's requirements. On future tests please review the certification test manual carefully prior to taking the test. Thank you."

Can you tell us what the wrong answer was? And if anyone has passed, what the correct answer is? Now I am afraid to take this test as it appears tricky.

I passed it but I’m unsure what the tricky question was. I didn’t notice a trick.

I passed. The milkshake answer is in the study material you review before completing the test.

i keep the document up and just search for keywords. I rarely read any of the materials that are required for tests unless i cannot figure it out. Then i search for the keyword in the document to find the answer.

Whenever I log in and it tells me I have to. Never worried about taking note of how long.

yes I was stupid for thinking I could pass the test without reading the documents,.

They seem to recertify every year. Make note of incorrect questions and the answers you gave to help pass it on another try. I think they give 10 tries to pass.
