oh gosh, I've probably done most of this at least once. Gone to the wrong location, submitted the wrong receipt, had a picture that didn't save and had to go back to get a pic, etc.

I would absolutely sign up for a shop where I could shop or audit @drdoggie00.
Not gonna lie, I would give her rave reviews. LOL
There, I tied it into shopping smiling smiley

Forgot to take pics of the food and drink before consuming. I was really enjoying that latte. I went back and bought another with my own money to photograph, and enjoy again.

I just had a shop rejected because I failed to enter an employee description. I missed the revision email because it went to spam. Ugh! Lost out on the shop fee and bought an overpriced souvenir.
Awww, Mel. I’m sorry!

For any old school 5Guys shoppers before "unlimited" data.

Wrong location. Lost money...lost payment...lost job for a while till I got.back in. I check more than religiously before I got inside now.

It was probably when I discovered during the shop that I was at the wrong location.

I was performing a grocery store shop and used self check when I should have gone to a cashier. This is a BIG error for this particular task. Fortunately, I realized as soon as I opened the report and was able to both reschedule the cashier shop AND self-assign a self check shop for the same day. So, I got paid for that day's effort and just had to shop the same store again a week later. All good & SO lucky!
I bought some extremely salty food which I had to ingest as part of the deal. When I got home I thought I blew it because I didn’t take a pic of what I was required to eat. This was in part due to indigestion and lethargy. I reported to them via phone call that I blew it by not taking a pic, and all they cared about was rescheduling it. I declined and later discovered that a pic was not required for the shop.
I did a Wal-Mart pick up today at the wrong store. I forgot that there were two Wal-marts in that city. GPS was directing me to the other Wal-Mart. Then as I was headed there, I just knew ... rescheduled it for this week.
Scheduler was more bummed than I was. LOL I guess I am buying more food. smiling smiley

Goofy. I did 7 other shops successfully today, so that's a win.
I went to do a gas station shop. I entered the name of the brand and the name of the town into my navigation software, knowing there was only one station of that brand in the town. I ended up at the refinery.
I used to put the address of my next stop into my navigation program as soon as I arrived at a shop, so I can just get in my car and go when I am finished.. Once while I was doing a shop, a guy asked for directions to his house, which was about 30 miles away. He wasn't sure which road to take. I grabbed my phone, entered his address in my navigation program to figure out the best route, and sent him on his way. When I finished myshop, I jumped in my car and drove to his house.
I won't retell the whole experience because I told the story in another thread a while back. I'll re-share the best part for those who missed the original story.

I was on a Kia shop and my salesman was a young man, early 20s, who was very nosey. He wanted to talk about things beyond buying a car. During the first part of the meeting, while I was looking at the vehicle I had sent the web lead about, he asked if I was married or had kids. I told him I was divorced and didn't have any kids. He then asked why my wife and I didn't have kids. I simply smiled and said she couldn't have any. I didn't think anything of it, and refocused the conversation back to the car.

A while later we were on a test drive and he starts asking nosey questions again. I have to keep making up stuff. He eventually asked why my wife and I divorced. I said something to the effect of, "She got knocked up by this dude she was running around with." As soon as I said it, I remembered I had already told him my wife couldn't get pregnant, so I quickly followed up with, "so not only did I learn my wife was cheating, I learned my little guys can't swim! * big smile * -- So, does this thing have lane assist?"

The look on his face was priceless and his nosey questions pretty much stopped after that.

There is the truth.
Then there is the right thing to say.

That's a great story, SA--you certainly thought quickly on your feet! I hope you wrote in your report how totally inappropriate the salesperson was. Questions like that are out of place, even among friends. I'm afraid I would have gotten snarky and asked what my divorce or reason for not having kids had to do with buying the car. You handled it well, I'm afraid I would not have. But, times like that may me glad to provide feedback!

Yes, I did write up about the inappropriate questions. If I recall correctly, the report asked about whether the sales person was distracted with off-topic conversation. I am blessed that I can think on my feet quickly - I have a lot of experience having to do just that. lol I could understand him asking whether I had kids, because I was looking at an SUV, so tieing kids in to all the space would be appropriate. Asking WHY I didn't have kids is a whole other matter.

I did a Wawa pizza shop and ordered the wrong way. Was supposed to do in person but used the app instead. I was so engulfed in other similar shops where I used the app for ordering food I just plain forgot this one was different. Oh, and another thing, by default, even if you think you haven't been asked, ALWAYS take pictures of your food when ordered both packaged and unpackaged. You never know

My bonehead move the other day was being HONEST in my report. I refused to purchase cabbage for the Lidl shops because it exceeds reimbursement so I take it upon myself to purchase the replacement items. Well for some reason I decided to be sassy and put in my report that I didn't buy cabbage because it was too expensive.

Well... report excluded without pay. Worst part is that it was a bonused location. My only hope is that the repost it and I do it again for an even higher fee.
The dang cabbage got ya again
