For Dunkin, I think you can only order an entree and beverage, but no side. Unless you're looking for donuts. For coffee shops, might not be worth it. There's a lot of questions, but I felt that you can go to through them quickly and easily recall. I've only done the mobile app pick-up, but I think the only hard part is remembering all of the screenshots/pictures. The report took longer than the ordering/pick-up process for me.
