You must be referring to their instant transfer function, which is a default.
There's hardly ever a reason to use it, as normal transactions will typically show up next day, sometimes same day if you transfer early enough. There's no fee for a normal transfer of funds, and no limit to how many transfers you can do per day.

Don't be fooled by them, you have to check the no rush box. Mine always comes the next day. I have never paid a fee.
do the 2-3 days transfer and your fee will be 0. it only charge you when you want it to transfer the fund instantly, which all banks do charge a fee on that, not just paypal
I think it's a percentage, not a flat fee. I always use the zero fee option.

Don't use the instant transfer. It says 1 - 3 days, but it's never been longer than overnight, except on the weekends, of course. My experience is that if I transfer the funds before noon, it'll be in my account before the end of the same day. If I do it after noon, but before the end of the business day, my money posts right after midnight. If I do it in the evening, my funds don't show in my account until morning the following day. There have been exceptions, but I could probably count them on one hand. There is no good reason to pay Paypal a percentage of your pay to get the money you earned.

Every time I receive a payment from one MSC through PayPal within a three day timeframe there is fraudulent attempts of withdrawal on my account. PayPal has diligently not permitted these to go through.

I have been using Paypal since around 2002 with all good results. At one time I had a Paypal debit that I used when I was selling a lot on eBay. I no longer have that but I have a Paypal savingsthat earns 4.3%. I move all my earnings into the savings and keep them there until I need to pay the credit card I use for MS.

I rarely leave money in my PayPal account. When I earn $100 or more, I transfer it for free to my bank account.
I have never used a link to access PayPal. This only occurs right after payment from one MSC. I quit doing any shops from them. It has not happened since.

I used to never leave money in my PP account. That changed when I began to use some of my PP balance to avoid my MS checking account's monthly fee. I need to transfer only a total of $500/month from all sources to the checking account. If I know I will have less than $500 of direct deposits from MSCs in any month, I leave money in my PP account so that I can transfer however much is necessary to make up the difference.

I never leave money in my PayPal account. I initiate a transfer each time I get notice of a payment received. If I have cash to stash (hardly ever), I move it to my PayPal savings account at +4% interest.

I either use the option to transfer to my bank over 1-3 days, which is free, and usually arrives within 1 day, or I use the PayPal debit card. I feel like it is the circle of life to get payments from one company into PayPal and then use the balance on a shop for a different company.
Karenhal, why are you staying mum on the msc? It's a big problem if you claim that they are fraudulently withdrawing from your PayPal account and we'd like to prevent that from happening to us. And why are "you" writing in quotations?

It stopped happening to me after I let my phone create a ridiculous password that I have to store somewhere in case I ever forget it. You might want to try the same.

It’s likely that someone has tried using a password that could be easily guessed and that you use in other places. If you’re using a browser, make sure you see the lock in the address bar so you know you’re on the encrypted site. I generally use the app which has its own built in security.

I will no longer be doing shops for this company for another reason. I have mystery shopped since 1995, and this was a first.
