You got-Ty be kidding me right?

Got ripped apart by a manger at a gas station today. That was super fun. She says they keep sending product and she doesn't want any. Doesn’t even have a display, just a wire rack hanging from ceiling.
Oh the joy!!

had a few of those to. TY and the stores really need to communicate better. I've had to tell some stores more than once to call contact in their TY files as I can't stop orders nor make them myself. It seems like the reps with the old company could.

They take them down often, but they come back. Definitely reach out to Daniel or Rachel because they have always responded to me. This project will be long term so you could get set up with some steady work. I think they are also a little overwhelmed but getting better

So...few hours after this conversation happened yesterday, they finally put the job back up....at $12 per listing. I email another Project Manager Sarah. This time she responded back quickly....... saying that they have hundreds of emails and how busy they are, she has already relay the msg to Legg that I left her a msg, and she should response back to me shortly......it's almost 20 hours from that since and still nothing.

This is getting rediculous

I think Guillermo and Rachel are the primary schedulers for this project. Do you have their email addresses?

It might not hurt to wait it out, they generally don't give large increases the first week of the month....
Absolutely not. Tell them no on this. I'm sorry you did anything for $10 to begin with, but this is not something you should do as a return trip. Tell them its either $50 for the return trip and time, or they live with what they have since it was in the app. Copy Daniel Price on the email, or just send it to him directly. You are worth more than this!

There is a store with a TY display that is a round trip of an hour and a half. I asked for a few more dollars more than the $10 they offered me and I received an email stating, "Unfortunately...blah blah". All I could think of is, "WOW!"

Then, they had the "build the display" at truck stops in my app already this week. I thought they weren't supposed to be completed until next week. But...they do sometimes begin jobs earlier than stated a pretty good amount of time.

If the job is in the app, then it's supposed to be able to be completed. So, I did mine. After I submitted them, I received an email stating I would need to return again on another day next week because they weren't supposed to be completed yet. THEN WHY IS IT IN MY APP READY FOR ME TO COMPLETE!!!?? So, now I have to drive another hour and a half to complete them again in a week.

I am getting very unhappy with this company!
They have no communication with the stores, that is the problem. They are relying on the info they gather from what you input in the app. Ty places orders based on that. They don't communicate with us, or their retailers. Its beyond strange.

Hi! Cassie. I love the company and don't want to harm myself with them but, this was crazy!

You will not harm your relationship with them. It was their mistake. I've had situations like this with them before and because their default on everything is Cheap and Who-cares-how-this-impacts-an-IC's-Time/Schedule, you have to push back on behavior like this. They will deal with it, i've seen them do so. Just be factual in your statement to them, and tell them what you will do in exchange or what they will do. $10 for 3 hours of driving and 60 minutes onsite is not reasonable for anyone, its even beyond reproach for them!

No I don't think I have email for these 2 ppl.

Did a few of them right before thanksgiving, when job priced raised to $2x. Fining out that it isn't too bad, so when the December batch came out, I sent an email giving my offer for 7 shops at $18 each, and express my interest in doing this long term, or even expanding my route with them if things goes well. A week later zero response from them team, and all Ty shop listing were suddenly pulled from the site. Kind of makes me wonder if they really care about this project at all....

I would love to hear if they accept your offer. I haven't been able to negotiate $1 on this project, and I have made some very reasonable asks, multiple times. Despite Daniel coming to the forum saying they are happy to work with us, I have found the opposite.

The kicker was at the end of November. There was a shop at $12, and I was going to be passing right by. I sent an email offering to do it for $15, simply because I have decided I just won't go lower, period. I should mention that I am the only one in my area that is touching these shops, so it is not like someone else is going to suddenly take it at $12. They declined to take me up on the offer, yet one hour later they raised all of the $12 shops to $15. So, I don't know whether they are just not allowed to stray from the scheduled fee increases, or if it is just my area, but it was a slap in the face.

Cassie, let me clarify. The display building isn't $10. It's a lot more than that. But, the jobs were in the app, so I shouldn't have to go back without extra pay.

The $10 mentioned above was the job I asked a few more dollars for and wanted it added to the $10 to drive 1-1/2 hours. They said they couldn't give me anymore.

Another day with radio silence from them. I have just sent a long ranting letter to their COO Mr Price, attaching the 2 emails that I sent to Legg and Horner. Let's see how it goes.

BTW...the shops' pay just increased to $15, literally 3 bucks away from my offer

I PM'ed you their emails.
I did a few. A couple at grocery stores that I have other merchandising at. It was a pain finding someone who knew when the last order was if there is no backstock. No extra money for setting up the Christmas display. I do a couple that I near regular routes. The managers know their product and back stock and they only have one display.

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.

this seems to have taken over prepaid cards as their top client? i see so many of these on the board all the time. still haven't done one

You will get paid extra for the extra display. That all gets billed out later.

And for those having issues connecting with the schedulers and managers, call them. If they don't answer immediately they will call back.
For scheduling, you likely should be emailing the main account manager for this project - Rledet@customerimpactinfo.com

Daniel will help you for sure, but Rachel is running most of this, with the others supporting her. She's super responsive.
