Characteristics of Five Guys Milkshake (test question)

Well, some more bs today as MSC asks for recertification using a “choose all that apply” question, and then does NOT supply any information with the answer.

20. What are the expected characteristics of a Five Guys milkshake? Mark all that apply:
A) Easily consumed by a straw
cool smiley Could be sweet based on the toppings you select
C) Uniform color throughout
D) Base flavor is chocolate
E) Straw should be able to stand in the middle by itself

D is wrong. A and E could be right, and B and C could also be right (I mean “could be sweet based on toppings - it’s a freaking milkshake!). Just a dumb, badly worded question that reminds me of a board game where you forget which combo you already tried and got wrong.

Apparently it’s a, b, c, and e. So it’s supposed to be thick enough to immobilize a straw, but then be freely suckable using the said immobilized straw. Bravo, jerks.
Some people SUCK more than others :-P

Not sure i heard these terms together before "freely suckable" . Makes me think of naughty things.

TWSS ... Sorry, I couldn't help myself!
Am I the only one who thinks it odd that 5G does not provide a spoon for their thick milkshake? I always have to take one with me for a shake shop.
I don't think that's odd, I consider a milkshake as a dessert.

At CFA, I redeem my birthday dessert reward for a milkshake. I'll sample some with a spoon and give the rest to someone else.
And "by a straw" is grammatically incorrect.

It should be either "with" or "using".

Or drop the "a".

Straws in and of themselves cannot consume anything.

Have synthesizers, will travel...
Their bacon milkshake is a vanilla shake with strips of bacon in it. You cant suck the bacon up through the straw. I had to dig it out of the bottom of the cup. But hey its bacon!
I vote for "through a straw" or if you are frustrated as it does not suck up then "threw a straw"
I am confused here.
I have never had the test offered. Is this a new requirement for the shop in general?
I have not had a milkshake in the guidelines for over a year.
it is very rare. I would say about 5% of the 5G shops I do include a milkshake purchase.
I have always considered the milkshake shops silly, but as shoppers, ours not to question why, ours not to make reply, ours but to do or (die) lose the shop. Every Five Guys shake I've ever gotten is very sweet and very thick, so I tell them so and move on. I sample enough of the shake to give them an accurate accounting and then toss it, because I am fat enough as it is.

I usually do 2-3 5G a month and 1 per year is usually one with a milkshake. I do not like the milkshakes either. It bothers me that they look swirled. The last one I ordered was chocolate and did not have very much chocolate at all in it and it just didn't look or taste good.

I have had a couple of shops with the milkshake- it was ok nothing special and not something I would pay for on my own.

You just didn't put the right stuff in it. Chocolate, Oreos, Reese's PB Cups is excellent.
I like shakes, but not 5G shakes, they are too sweet. And not just a little too sweet, I mean a LOT too sweet. one sip, yep it's sweet, yep it's thick. I've never taken that test.
