I also had issue yesterday with no receipt. Called the store, went in Kroger chat which said there was a system wide problem then I submitted a report with details about Kroger problem with receipts. I had an email with a thank you for picking up with order total which I attached. Shop is sitting in pending. I now have the receipt. Should I try sending it to scheduler or wait for email from shop company asking for receipt to submit?
