Kroger pick up no receipt received

Just did a Kroger pick up. Got an email that says here is your final receipt and no receipt attached. Has anyone submitted a shop using the section where it asks why you do not have a receipt? Want to be pad so not sure what to do thanks

There was one morning I noticed an error message saying people can't access purchase history on Kroger's website. They fixed it after an hour. I'd give it some time and check again.
Just contacted Kroger via chat- they said it was a situation they are working on to try back later- I have order confirmation as well as an email thanking me for picking up plus the chat which indicates it is an issue system wide- going to submit the report and see how it goes.
May I also suggest including a screenshot of your purchase transaction from your online credit card activities?

Same issue. I'm going to submit the shop and email the proof of payment from my credit card, a screenshot of the Kroger error message, and the order confirmation. Hope they are good with that!

Kroger had a glitch today. It took 6 hours before they posted my receipt from my pickup shop. Actually none of my transactions on Saturday showed up until much later.
I also had issue yesterday with no receipt. Called the store, went in Kroger chat which said there was a system wide problem then I submitted a report with details about Kroger problem with receipts. I had an email with a thank you for picking up with order total which I attached. Shop is sitting in pending. I now have the receipt. Should I try sending it to scheduler or wait for email from shop company asking for receipt to submit?

I would send it to my scheduler now (clearly identifying the shop by the assignment ID). You could also send it again if the company asks you for it later.
I had this happen once last year. I sent an explanation to the Help Desk of the MSC. They put a hold on the report so it wasn't late and then they took care of contacting Kroger and letting me know when the receipt became available.
