Halloween Candy - Thanks MSCs!

I started doing this last year, and it was successful.

Currently, I have 3 shopping bags of candy for the Trick or Treaters for Halloween. I started buying candy and other like items while performing gas station mystery shops.
Sure, it sounds cheap of me to do this - but why not?
I can just imagine their surprise when one of the children receives a full sized Snickers candy bar (thanks Circle K) or maybe a double pack of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups ot maybe Blow-Pops or a full sized bag of M and Ms.

We really do not get that many kids, but, for those who visit our house, they'll get some pretty good stuff!

This is such a great idea! I wish I would have thought to do this.
That is a good idea. I don't want to eat the stuff I buy, and that is a good way to get rid of it. I normally give it to my elder neighbor.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
Not at all cheap. You could be stockpiling bottles of soda or water to drink yourself. When I go into businesses that have bowls of candy for customers I take 1 or 2 for Trick or Treaters and it adds up.
The kiddos will spread the word and they might show up in droves to get the REALLY BIG candy bars..such a nice idea. tres bonne
