Mystery shop the MSPs!!

Someone needs to mystery shop these msps. 90 percent are unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. I was super shocked to realize this after 2 years. Do they all just hate their jobs?

It is ironic that they make a living reporting on customer service of their clients but could care less about their own customer service. Mahy are crap, but as long as people keep taking the assignments, the owner(s) are making money, so what do they care?
Their customers are the clients they serve. Maybe they give their customers good service.

The MSCs are our customers. Doesn't mean they don't need manners .
This forum may be our only way of mystery shopping them, other than serious BBB offenses.
I have found that the MSCs with the worst bedside manner seem to have a hard time holding on to their clients. They are rude to us, ok fine...but its indicative of their overall culture and communication style. The big eye is the worst, and they have lost a long list of customers this year. I don't believe it is a coincidence. While they may speak or write in a less demeaning manner to their clients. I'd bet a lot of money that their slow response time, lack of accuracy (incorrect guidelines, anyone?!) and lackadaisical approach to deadlines (10 days to edit a gas station in 2024, shameful) are not lost on their (now former in many cases) clients.

Of course this is just my opinion.
Unless a reason exists whereby it is not possible, if the conduct of an MSC is unacceptable, simply "kick 'em to the curb." Every company with whom I currently complete work pays me as agreed, communicates when necessary and is not, in the slightest, disrespectful toward me. In the past, it has been necessary for me to, all too frequently, follow the above advice. I regretted the need to take the actions, but never the kick itself.
Sometimes I think TerminatorBob just signs up with companies so he can kick them to the curb :-P

As far as the "big I" that @Cassiespark is talking about, I am assuming it's the msc with all the gas stations and chinese fast food? They lost clients? It seems like they have taken on so much more from others. I'm not sure who they lost. But then I don't do gas station shops.
