So, after performing BP gas station shops this past month, I found confirmation of an apparent problem in their online reporting.
What is it?
I have had shops returned to me, requesting the photo of the BP C-store exterior. When I first received the initial request, I thought it was my error - not including the required photo. It puzzled me because I didn't think I could submit the report without the photo. I shrugged, maybe I was wrong.
And so, I was more vigilant - ensuring my photos were there. I still got requests for the photo - they claimed I had not included it!
But, I did!
So, just recently, I received another request from the editor. This time though, there was this little tidbit.
There was a "Glitch" on R15 (exterior building photo" - it has now been fixed.
You might think the MSC could at least send out an Email blast announcing this.
OTOH, I wonder how many shoppers lost those shops due to not seeing the request for the photo that was due to the MSC's "Glitch"!
