So without naming the MSC that handles these shops, how can I find out so I can check them out?

Sign up for as many companies as you can and look out for them.

look at Presto. look at the orange pins, those are jobs available on the Sassie platform from all of the MSCs that use Sassie. Click on the pin, and see what MSC form comes up.
