I am pretty bummed!

Yesterday, I did a Honey Baked Ham shop and spent about $39. Today I see that it is invalid. the receipt is not showing and only the picture of the item I was supposed to take.
I sent the help desk a question about it.
Do they actually ever answer?
I would love the opportunity to resubmit the receipt. I thought I did when I did the report.
Not sure that there is anything wrong with the shop. I believe that I followed the instructions and purchased what I needed to purchase.

You have to order a sandwich or a salad also. It cost me 54.00. How did you spend so little?
Good gravy, can we ever go one month without mentioning ham? Just kidding.

I would give it until the end of the day. I'm curious though. I have a shop scheduled for sometime next week. How did your shop go?
I bought the package and it was 26.99 and a sandwich that was 10.49. I did not take a picture of the sandwich and I don't believe they asked for it. With tax, it was $38.42. It was an easy shop until it got invalidated!

Okie, The shop was very easy and the report was also very easy.

So when the "invalidate" a shop, there is no reason given? I would think they should tell you why they are not willing to accept the report. I can't imagine it was a missing receipt. If everything else was fine, why not ask you to resubmit receipt?

Please update the outcome on this.
Hiigdaddy
.There was no explanation as to why it was invalid. Maybe I will send another email and ask if it can be resubmitte.d
Not sure which MSP this is, but there are several who will just reject the shop and put it back on the board without an option to fix the shop. They believe you should have done it correctly the first time- NOT my thoughts or agreement- it's theirs. Call them and email both the scheduler and the main company scheduling. If it's the MSP that has the shops with no schedulers, you likely won't get an answer.
If they use an outsourced editing service, many of their editor emails you can't respond to and you'll never get a response.
Did you stay 15 minutes after getting your eat-in meal?

I write this while waiting 4 more minutes till I can leave.

How much did you spend, post-tax?
Okie,
$39.93. 12 pack sliders and BBQ sandwich. I'm kicking myself because I could have gotten a salad, too, but some prices were not posted and I couldn't do head math fast enough. Even though I looked it up online a few days ago, I forgot all the numbers when I got there, plus the store had absolutely no hot sides so it threw off my plan anyway. I wanted broccoli. Numbers are not my friends.

So, no one opted for the Gold Standard (Bone-In Half Ham) starting at $92.57 (in my area)? Oh well, I guess I'll play too. With my state sales tax, I'll have to hit $46.19 pre-tax. Highest amount (post-tax) below (or at) $50 wins.

I plan to do one tomorrow. I wonder how well the sliders freeze and reheat. We usually host friends over for Halloween and eat and entertain trick or treaters. If anyone has personal experience with freezing the sliders, please comment. I googled and it sounds like they probably do ok.

It wasn't one of the choices. Only sandwiches.

Good looking out! I was on my to an invalid shop.
I have one of these next weekend along with a warehouse club shop just down the street. I originally didn't want to do it because the hours clashed with my work schedule, but then one was available on a Saturday so now I'm ready to ham it up! Thanks to those of you who posted about your experiences so I have a better idea of what to expect. For the person who said they don't have the prices in the store, you can easily find them on their website. Or I guess you can always just ask them how much X or Y item costs so you don't get too carried away.

I have one for next week. Does anyone know if you can add a miscellaneous item to the retail purchase to get closer to the $50? A 12 pack of King's Hawaiian rolls is $6. That + a $14 lunch + $25 ham and cheddar 8 pack + tax gets me close, but I don't want to add the rolls if they don't count. I know you can add more to the lunch part, just wasn't clear on the retail part.
Gigshopper,
I called a Honey baked ham location and they did not see why they would not freeze. I was told they receive large quantities of cheese and they always freeze some it.
Mine are currently in the freezer. I don't even know if I will bake them.
There were none of the shelves so I had them make me one and I asked for swiss on the turkey and it was not an issue. '
Ordered a ham sandwich and it was so salty.
FYI
The shop has been approved!! For those of you who wanted to know the outcome. I sent an email with the receipt and it was accepted. Restored my faith in the company. I
I planned to order the turkey and swiss too. I am not a fan of ham and agree usually too salty.

I would say yes. I have purchased both potato salad and chicken salad and have been approved.
