Raising Cane's shop ordering requirements

I try doing a search but I could not find it on the forums.

Did I read some where on the forums that they changed the ordering requirements for Raising Cane's and you have to get either the 4 piece combo or 6 piece combo as is with no changes? With the fries and slaw and toast.

I knew at one time (I believe) you can get like double fries, double toast, or whatever

Also do you need pictures of the food or just the ticket? I have not done a shop for the MS in so long.

When I did this a few weeks ago, only a Big Box Combo or a Caniac Combo was permitted. No changes are allowed. The photo is of all of the items. Nothing can be added or deleted. You also need a photo of the receipt.. This is not a complete list of everything that has to be done for a successful shop. There are also timings and requests to be made.

I know several years ago (If I am not mistaken) I was able to change out the slaw for extra fries and the only picture that we needed was the copy of the receipt.

I know there are basic things like timings and other things smiling smiley

I guess they have changed the requirements that we now need to take a picture of the food.

When I say 4 piece I was refer to it as the BIG BOX Combo.. and the 6 piece was the Caniac Combo

They changed the Cane's shop requirements to a Box Combo or Caniac Combo quite a while ago. But they also increased the reimbursement from $9 (price of a 3 Finger Combo) to $11 (price for the Box Combo). You can't make changes, but part of that is because they want you to make sure the coleslaw is cold. I confirm and then toss it (or give it to someone else who may want it).

They do allow you to add extra sauce, and you can get a large drink instead of a regular one if you want. The receipt can *only* have your meal, so if anyone else is with you, have them order and pay separately *after* you receive your order.

The only picture they need is the receipt. A photo of your food is not required. I've been doing Cane's shops since early to mid 2023 and never recall needing to take a picture of my food.
Odd. I looked and saw photos on my phone and when I replied (above), I assumed I took them for a reason. I'll have to remember to look carefully the next time. No need for unnecessary work!

I don't remember having to take pics for the dine in or drive-thru. It has been so long for the online order, i don't remember. Doesn't hurt to take pics just in case, but I haven't needed to do upload them for any dine in or drive thru shops.....yet
All of that would be in your guidelines. Not to be mean, but did you read them? Shoppers won't know what is required unless they read the guidelines and the shop questions. Not everything is in the guidelines, sometimes you need to read the questions, too. With that being said, most MSP provide a PDF of the questions, but I'm not sure if that MSP provides that, in which case you would need to open the shop and click to view the whole shop. It pops up on the side with all the questions. If you see photo uploads, then it's likely safe to say you need the food photo and the receipt. There should be two different photo upload options.
I do Raising Canes a few times a month. There is no requirement for a picture of the food, just the receipt.
Yes I know how to read the guidelines and the questions but

# 1--I have not done a shop for them in many many years,, I know MSC/ clients change requirements all the time..

# 2- I also know that there were questions about pay several months ago even if you made less than $ 50 or something like that..

# 3- I know it would have been quicker to ask here because 95 % of the time someone would reply more quickly.

If I have accepted the shop, I would have not ask here.. But since I have not done a shop for them in a long time, I thought I would ask.
