No, it is helpful. The place that I had did not have a website at all though. I emailed the support people and got a response that it was passed on to the project manager to help me. I didn't complete the shop because I was hesitant about it. Regardless, I hope I get an answer to clarify so if they pop up again, I can do them.
Glad you got paid though, those jobs have some pretty high fees. I wish I had an AMEX or Discover Debit. By the time I get one, the project would probably be over!
