GoSpotCheck and completed missions

I sometimes go back and review my previous submissions for various reasons.

I can see the list of missions but can no longer see what I submitted. I contacted their support yesterday and cleared my cache and data, logged in and out, rebooted my phone a few times, etc. I still can't view the submissions.

Is anyone else having this issue? Were you able to find a fix?

I don't believe you can't review your submissions after the fact. Some portals allow you to save a PDF but not this app.

If you go under "My Activity" and click on one, it used to show you the details - arrival time, your pics, your answers, etc. and also would give an option to email a PDF to yourself or open in a browser. Now it's just a blank page. Hopefully their support team will know what to do to fix it.

Reported this issue to the support team about a week ago and the tech said they had escalated this issue to the next level as a fair amount of people are having this issue. Have not heard back.

Thanks, I'm glad I'm not the only one!

I just did a mission and I was able to send the PDF to myself immediately after doing it.

I didn’t know I could send a PDF, thank you for that info. Tried it and was able to get actual time per shop.

I had them send me an excel record of everything since the beginning of the year so I can start getting ready for the accountant.

I had no idea you could send yourself a PDF. Interesting.

Everything's working perfectly for me. I'm able to see full submissions, including pictures.

If your path dictates you walk through hell, do it as though you own the place. -unknown

I did not know this. I just sent myself the pdfs. Good to have with recurring stores. Everything is working well for me with the app. Thanks for the info. Very helpful.

Whatever the issue was it appears to have been corrected so happy pdf'ing!

Is anyone having issues where it won’t load the shops? Last week it started only loading one shop and I would need to refresh to load the rest of them. I also don’t understand the glitch when it loads, it shows shops in the middle of my route instead of the store where I’m parked. That’s a minor complaint, but it drives me crazy that I have to scroll to get to the shop. Since these are all the same brand stores, more than once I’ve rushed and written the shop for a completely different location. I’ve done it enough, that I hope I’ve formed the habit of looking twice, report once.

I find if I completely close out of the app and restart it once I get to my next location, it adjusts as it should. I always look for it to say zero miles when I am in the parking lot. I have also entered info into the wrong store by accident.

I've noticed that issue where it sort of jumps through the list too, I don't have as many locations this month so I haven't really had an issue with it.

I also get a phantom location that shows up a lot - it's one of their recurring projects that I haven't done in a year (fees too dang low!), but it pops up in my list and I wish there was a way to hide it.
