First, Orange pins on Presto are shops just listing available shops on MSC Sassie platforms. If you completed the shop and submitted a report, then you are already signed up with that MSC. Do you keep a list of the MSC's you're signed up with? Maybe you can check those and look at the finished shops.
Presto Insta-shops are the blue, purple, red, and pink pins. Those are the ones that the MSCs pay in advance for Presto to host and pay ICs to do through the Presto app.
