Can't sign into Kroger shops

It seems we're having problems with more than just the website with the Kroger shops. I've tried to post on this thread 4 times now and it isn't happening.

This MSC really needs to go about releasing these shops in a different way. This is madness.

To be honest, I liked it better when they were released at a different time of day each month. They were released as early at 9 AM to as late at 3 or 4 PM. Since they started coming out at the same time each month, they are more difficult to get and the site goes wonky. Yeah, they had issues before, but not like this.

I'm sure most other shoppers will disagree with me though.
This is the worst I have seen - every month seems to be a little bit wonkier than the last. I hope the MSC changes how these are posted

It's working again now and Pickups are posted. I got the competitor instore that I like and one pickup to match. That's all I think I want this month.

I was surprised to find competitor pick up shops here this round, I wasn't expecting them until next round. Or maybe I lost count? But I got enough shops to get all of my groceries and a few things I want too.
We didn't see competitor pickups this month, only the handful of "grocery" in stores. We had the competitor pickups last month. Maybe you did lose count.

I always use the "filter" and shop type functions first instead of the default sort by distance. There are a number of locations about the same distance that I can pick and chose among.

I still don't have a good solution for pairing nearby instore and pickups. That leads to some of the rescheduling when I realize there is a better pairing.

I wonder if that email that went to the west coast shoppers contributed to the crash this morning?

Yes! Their system isn't equipped to handle this much traffic all at once. I get they're trying to be nice and reminding people of when shops post, but this is doing everyone a disservice when it takes an hour to pick up two shops. I had to walk away from my computer because it was raising my blood pressure.
I haven’t done one recently, but the msc could possibly consider posting different regions on different days. However, that could affect certain areas/shoppers that span across multiple regions.
West Coast shoppers just received an email from our scheduler, who was on vacation (or at least trying!) when the system failed.

So that we all have the same info, she mentioned that the assignments launch every 28 days(4 weeks) hence the shifting start dates.

Also she mentioned the self-assign limits ( (15 in-store shops / 8 pick up shops per location per fiscal year) will start to affect us for the next several months. Shop limits will reset at the end of January for the shops that start in early February next year, but you can reach out to your scheduler if you are running into self-assign issues.

Other things, the fuel shops won't count for your 1:1 ratio (in-store to pickup). And remember the start and end times, minimum purchase, etc.. For fuel shops, you can purchase anything as long as you have a receipt.

I gave her grief for that mess. smiling smiley
Is that another message from the scheduler on the west coast that we'll never see over here?

I see what you mean now. I no longer do the Kroger shops, but I was going through some old Kroger posts. I came across how certain regions don't receive the same notifications and updates regarding the program. That would have saved a lot of headaches and frustrations for those shoppers who don't read the forums.
