I have sent emails to the company to ask why the shop is not self-assigned. I have worked for the company for twelve years and always get a ten rating. I never received a response.

Looks like TRH just went from 60 days to 90 days between shops. That is a bummer.

I think there are at least 3 schedulers on these who are you emailing?

Whoever sends out the emails advising of shop availability.

Well, crap. It looks like BJ's is 90 days now as well...I think it used to be 60.

It has been a few years since (Way before COVID) I have done any kind of TRH shop but it seems like the last I did it was 90 days..

I have now been able to do a shop
at BJ’s.
