Well ses, we could give her the benefit of the doubt because, you know, it IS kind of hard to remember whether you've had cancer or not....

I bet its that darn voice to text. Its forever changing "my dad" in to "I" and "had a week to live" into "died when i was 18"every time I use it. Can't keep a story straight to save its AI-derived life.

She should have just let people get bored of the topic and have the thread die out naturally. Instead, she decided to respond and is now in the top trending threads, which makes even more people aware of this allegedly fraudulent poster.

@KaylaLaughsOutLoud I wish you the very best in this next business pursuit. You have a proven track record and reviews to prove it. I also wish success to all of your clients who pay $1,000 each to learn how to shop for free or if they're lucky pick up a $5 chicken shop. I also hope that all goes well with this private investigaton. It sounds like you have a lot on your plate with running a million dollar soap business on top of mystery shopping, coaching, suing people from this forum, etc.. etc.. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

As the subject of this post has accused us of misrepresenting who she is, allow me to quote her directly from a previous blog she wrote: "I was a pretty good kid until my father passed away of cancer when I was 18. I started to making bad grades, staying out late, stealing, lying, and just did what ever I wanted. I went so far as to writing checks out of my mothers checkbook. Soon my mother and the bank caught onto what I was doing. In December 2005 at the age of 19 I was convicted of fraud witch is a felony. I was sentenced to 2 years probation and restitution." These are her words, including the typo.

Also, being a process server, I'm sure she know that things filed in court are public record so any information about her criminal past is available to anyone.

I'm also sure she knows that truth is an absolute defense to claims of libel. (Just to be clear: spoken is slander, written is libel).

I encourage anyone who is slightly interested to read the 40% free views of this book on Amazon. She also claims to have sold fake merchadise and got into trouble for that. Just take a peep at the chapter titles.

You are such an @#$%&. Are you too cheap to buy the book and read the whole thing? I'm not supposed to talk on here anymore, but i'm going to say this. That's how I found out I had cancer @#$%&. My father died of it 6 months before I got scanned and found out. I had the same thing. If you read the whole book, you would read that. All of you are absolutely miserable and terrible people. Karma is a @#$%& and she is my best friend. See you all in court! Save for travel expenses. Because you are going to have to come here. If you don't show up after being served, You will automatically lose and I will win. I really hope this is a game worth playing for all of you. Y'all are absolutely disgusting people. No wonder you have not gotten very far in life and care so much about what i'm doing. All y'all are doing is showing how green with envy and jealous yall are of me. 1. You want to talk about slander right? Do you not think you are slandering people too? Serious question. You keep saying Nikki has slandered you. What has she done? If she is copying and pasting the same message to your followers to alert them that what you are doing might be a scam when they can get that info for free. That is NOT slander. A scheduler? Posted that Nikki has been in this business for quite sometime I would think that if someone is trying to sell info that is free then it’s her right to contact people that may want that information. There is nothing illegal about that.
2. Have you tried to reach out to Nikki? Since you took a screenshot of her FB page why not unblock her for a millisecond to send her a message to call you? Are you sticking with your story that you have spoken to her on the phone already?
3. If your business ventures are not fraudulent can you say 100% that you have sent everyone that left a bad review their soap?

5. I have ventured into your Tik Tok world and is it true you mystery shop these fast food places yet don’t eat the food? How can you evaluate the flavor if you don’t eat the food?

Seriously, who is 'Couponman'?. I also find this to be such an interesting turn of events that this Man of Coupon Clipping is a prime target in the pending Supreme Court Case, since on the public forums, Kayla has stated repeatedly this is forum is ALL Women (and was quick to do the deleteblock move as soon as someone pointed out that wasn't accurate). I also took the bait and ventured into the Tik Tok abyss last night, and left even more confused. I will add a few more questions to @Iluv2shopUSA's list:

10. Are you prepared to come to court with receipts/tax docs showing that you have indeed made in excess of $50,000 every year for the past 12 years, including during the pandemic lockdown, through mystery shopping? If not, your claims could be considered fraudulent.

11. Are you aware that this entire forum is not about you? This is just a single thread a forum that has been around for a decade. You told your followers there is a "Forum about you" and don't seem to understand the difference between a thread and a an entire forum.

For those who are not TT users or just don't want to dive that deep into this, Kayla has posted screenshots from this thread in her "rebuttal" on Tik Tok, where she claims we are just haters who want to bring her down, but she neglects to mention that the forum is about mystery shopping (and merchandising), and not specifically just about her. She also neglects to mention that this forum provides, for free, a large component of what she is selling.

Conveniently, her list of MSCs also includes merchandising companies. She also claims she will be establishing a forum for MS discussion as part of her offerings.

So one of two things is potentially happening here; @ksansom has either independently come up with this idea and list of MS and merchandising companies, and managed to make over $50k annually from it for over a decade due to her hard work, which is commendable, OR some of the above is not 100% accurate.

Either way, the existence of this forum is not convenient for her, and it would be in her best interest to do everything she could to have it taken down, and have this free information that she is charging for removed. Oh, she'd also like us to not mention the free information to any of her followers.

Kayla; you got a good thing going with your Tik Tok account. You are amassing followers that believe in you. Take the win and the check from TT, and stop trying to charge people who follow you even more. Your greed will be your undoing. Take the advice from someone who is most definitely older than you...

I assumed coupon man was referring to the owner of the forum, but wasn't Volition also about couponing? You know, that similar forum that was around...wait for it, 13 years ago? In that case, she could be referring to Ray!

And that got me thinking. What if the genesis of this idea actually took place 12-13 years ago, and Kayla doesn't realize the forum URL and forum owners have changed?

I mean, I'm old, but I seem to recall that 13 years ago pretty much anyone could have typed "Mystery Shopping" into Alta Vista, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo (remember that one?), Bing or even Google, because it wasn't that long ago, and found Volition. Actually collecting all that the data yourself when typing two words and few mouse clicks would give you the same data doesn't seem very plausible, or resourceful.

Then....you just have to wait for the invention of Tik Tok, and for the minds of the public to deteriorate to a point where they can't be bothered to actually read and write, and just want to want to watch videos about what they find interesting, and respond using text-to-speech.

It's either genius, or idiocy. I can't tell.
