You can say whatever you want in this forum. Other than calling me fraud and my business fraud. And all the people that came on my page. Calling me fraud. And during my lives, I have all your information, because I have a private investigator. Yes, I wrote a book (made a small fortune) and I talk about it on my TikTok and nd social media all the time. No offence, but for people that are so interested in me, y'all do not do a lot of homework on what I do and who I am. I am very open about this and I even have partnership in an organization that helps people with records get jobs and housing after prison.

My story is when I was 18 years old. I was diagnosed with cancer. I had to drop out of high school and get a GED Because I was too sick to stay in school. I was told a few months after being diagnosed that I would probably not live for more than a year. I freaked out and wanted to control the situation, so I wrote a check out of my mother's checkbook for 4 thousand dollars. My idea was to take this money and drive myself to my amy, to take my own life. I could not sleep the night that I did this and felt so guilty. The very next day I told myself I was going to wait for my mother to get home. Give her the money back and tell her how sorry I was and what my plan was. Unfortunately, in the middle of the day, she looked at her bank records online and discovered she was missing the money. She called the bank immediately. And of course, a short investigation showed that I had cashed the check. Before they would let her get off the phone, they told her that they legally had depressed charges on me if she did not press charges on me. She called me that afternoon after speaking to the bank. And told me what had happened, of course, I was freaking out again. We got a lawyer within a couple of hours and the lawyer explained to us that if she did not press charges on me the bank would. If the bank pressed charges on me, I would go to prison for 10 years if she my mother pressed charges on me. I would only receive probation for a year or two. Of course, we chose my mother to press charges against her own daughter for money. She never spent in the first place. Wall on probation, it was not difficult at all. And my probation officer helped me start a foundation. And then connect with another foundation to help people getting out of prison. Get jobs and housing. I Have never been in trouble since and I believe working on something positive to correct something negative. Helped me heal and overcome cancer. So no I do not hide my mistake and I talk about it often, but none of you pay attention to the positive things you just want to see the negative things.

I have achieved so many great things in my young life. And I will never apologize for any of them. I don't care if y'all believe me or not. Because y'all have never taken the time to get to know me. You just want to throw stones at some one. That is a little bit smarter than you. And knows how to use resources to better themselves. Y'all could have done what I am doing long ago but you chose not to and that is not my problem. I do not feel guilty and I am not going to stop. I wish nothing for the best for all of you but this is absolutely ridiculous and very high school level. Mean girls and boys.

Like I stated before you can say anything you want about me on here. Except for calling me fraud or anything that I'm doing as fraud. Because legally you do not have any evidence that I have cheated anybody and you have to have proof and evidence that you or someone you know has been cheated by me in order to call me a fraud. None of you have signed up for the program. Therefore you do not have proof that I am a fraud and not delivering on my promises after taking money. It's very hard for me to understand that you guys do not understand basic law.

The biggest problem I have is some of you coming on to my own platforms. Calling me a fraud, and so on. That is super illegal and I can Sue each and every. One of you that have done it. I have no problem taking the screenshot. S I have and have a private investigator find out who each and every one of you are hiding behind your screen names. Trust me, I have the money and resources to do it. I just don't want to waste my time, but I will be speaking to the lawyer on the phone tomorrow. All of this is absolutely ridiculous and out of hand. I tried to be nice to each and every. One of you that reached out to me in the first place, but y'all refused to listen to me and only yell at me. This is your last warning to stop it. And it would be great if you would delete this forum, because i'm certainly going to use all the screen shots against you. If this forum ISN'T deleted before tomorrow morning, I will not use my screenshots when talking to the lawyer that is up to the owner of this forum. I am not going to reply to anybody else's craziness, but this is your last warning.

Well if your PI can't find Nikki, here's some easy options for you: You can unblock Nikki on FB, and contact her that way. Or you said you spoke to her on the phone, so you should have her number, use it to call her. You can find her on LinkedIn, and message her that way. You could search your inbox and see if she has ever contacted you as a shopper, as she is a scheduler.

I don't know anything about Nikki, other than I've seen her name. I have never seen her post here.

I was advised to not unblock her because she could start her crap again before reading my messages.
We have everything we need for Nikki. I wish I could show screenshots on here. She tried to do the most damage. I have screenshots from 10 or more people with a copied and pasted message. One of you got in touch with Nikki, Because it's in the thread where someone said get Nikki on her. And the moment someone did that Nikki came on my pages and wrote messages to my followers. So whoever has that magic, i'm sure can relate my message to her. It is up to her if she wants to contact me or not.

I was hiring the PI for all of you behind screennames. Coupon Guy/Man especially... This forum needs to be deleted so many of you called me a fraud.

Like I said, you can post your opinion about me all you want on here that you cannot claim things you don't have actual evidence of. If anyone has access to the owner of this forum, I strongly suggest you encourage him to delete this..

Super weird. I thought her PI already had everyone's personal information? Also super weird she wants to contact a person she blocked - wonder how a court would look at that and also considering she still has Nikki on blast on her fb page. Looks like several people who signed up for her program was unable to get into the group they paid $1k for. This is public fact as a few have mentioned it so theres that.

Eta...if her PI is only for the users of this forum - does she realize she has Nikkis actual name from fb to contact her - so not sure why

Q: If you have the resources to hire a PI that would locate each of us, and to hire an attorney to sue us, why don't you just ship the soap out to the customers stating they paid you and never received their soap?

While you may not think we know much about basic law, you don't seem concerned with your own anonymity, which for me is one of the main tenets of mystery shopping.

You have supplied a large amount of personal information on a public forum. Your business has public records available as well (including income). I can see quite a bit about you just from a basic search and feel like you may not have a solid grasp on how important maintaining privacy/anonymity is in the MS world. This is just one of the things that leads me to believe you are not a very skilled shopper, and is most likely leading to you being deactivated from a number of MSCs.

I would be more concerned about how that is going to affect your ability to sell a MS guidance program, but you are free to run your business as you see fit.

Please come back tomorrow and let us know what the attorney and PI have to say about all this. We clearly could use the information, since none of us have much of a grasp on legal issues.

Well, it "could" be considered faud if the ms's youre doing are not real. "Could' be considered misleading. Notice i didnt say you are a faud. Just suspicious when people who have been doing this for decades have questions you cant seem to answer. I think thats what got people upset in the first place. Questions about violating the IC you signed and how you remain anonymous when your blasting your shops publicly. How it is even benificial to the client "who hired you" when you publicly say their store failed.
But instead of answering questions you just talk a lot without really saying anything and make threats.
Just trying to explain to you why people are upset. If you are not a fraud maybe you need to be more transparent so it doesn't look that way.

Let's consider this...

Here's what I found for fraud; deceit, trickery, sharp practice, or breach of confidence, perpetrated for profit or to gain some unfair or dishonest advantage.

My #1 issue would the claim from your website, @ksansom "How I make $50,000 per year working part time." While that is possible, it's rare. I was able to do it once in the 20+ years I have been mystery shopping, and that was mainly through reimbursement. You don't really state if the $50k is all in fees or includes reimbursements, but I would definitely say it's deceptive to imply that anyone MSing part time can achieve that level of income. The majority of mystery shoppers do not, and I would not believe that you did without seeing documentation.

Please consider this as well; pitching your own mystery shopping program to retailers is not only mystery shopping. It's literally being the MSC as well. It involves sales, starting and running a corporation, billing, etc. A few members of this forum have dabbled in that and made larger sums, but that process involves a lot more than basic mystery shopping, so it feels deceptive if that's how you hit the $50k goal.

Next issue would be the shops that you have posted on social media. It does not seem plausible that these are legitimate shops for existing MSCs, nor that anyone could achieve $50k annually from those types of shops on a part time basis. Again, it feels deceptive. (i.e. fraudulent) to market a very expensive course to people utilizing those claims and resources, since it's generally understood that others will not achieve the stated results. Your customers are investing a lot of money and most likely expecting the same result.

I would think that someone as versed in legal issues as you would have some sort of disclaimer about performances varying, or there being no guarantees, but again, you are free to run your business as you wish. Please just understand this may be part of why some people feel like you are a fraud.

Google, the name of my company and you will see a different story. We had trouble with our website for a little while but fixed it. You're just losing and reaching for anything you can. If you googled my business name you would know, and see how successful I am I have even been in magazines. Shark tank invited me to the show, but I refused to give them the 20% minimum of my company. If you spent this much time on yourself, you could be making some money and not wasting it on strangers, you know nothing about. I think you are just a Miserable person reaching for anything to distract yourself from your own life. And that my friend is terribly sad. I love my life and you are welcome to come here any time you want. My business is on my property and it's a very happy place. I'll make you a mimosa or cocktail from the fruit trees and bushes around my home, and we can talk about it civilly.

I have stated in previous comments that I have been working on this for nearly a year. I consulted a business lawyer of mine and my already hired marketing team. That works for my soap company. I am doing everything by the book and perfectly legal. You're just mad at me for making something that you did not think of before. Take all this energy that you're putting out on me and put it into something that will better you and your bank account. You will be a much happier person and not feel the need to put people down because you will actually feel good about yourself.

If that comment was directed at me, I would reiterate that you have yet to rise up to your claim of being a "nice person. I have been nothing but civil, while you have been lobbing insults and threats since you arrived here.

You seem extremely financially focused, which would lead me to believe that you are the one who is not fulfilled and/or happy. I donate my time regularly to strangers, in order to help them, because I enjoy helping others. That's a core part of being a nice person as far as I am concerned, and I don't feel like it's a waste.
