I never heard of her channel before, so I pulled her up.

Yeah, she’s definitely breaking her IC Agreements and revealing proprietary information. Hopefully someone will let the MSPs know that she’s vlogging about their clients.

Her voice and onscreen persona are like fingernails on a chalkboard to me. Just - yeeesh.
Super annoying all around.
OMG! I just watched the Pizza Hut. Not only does she out herself as the shopper but she states she has a friend who works there. I've never done PH but with most shops you are supposed to decline if you know someone who works there.
I have no clue how she's getting away with these videos.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.

It’s a small channel. My teenage students who are creators on TikTok, Switch, etc have 10x the followers she does.

The average age of people working in this industry is pretty advanced. I’m not surprised that she hasn’t been discovered yet. From what I’ve seen, MSPs made a few Tweets in 2019, then abandoned social media. She’s flying under their radar.
I had to look her up on YouTube. Then, I have seen one video titled, "Secrets from The Hot Tub". I quickly changed my mind.
She has been popping up on my page several times a day now. She took us on a Taco Bell shop earlier today. I didn't watch it because the constant laughing annoys me. She was talking about a grocery store job the other day. If she is popping up on my page for no reason (I did not search her out) she will eventually get to someone who will not be happy.

Not any more! Many MSC reps read this forum and could easily discern exactly who she is!
I almost created this exact same post! OMG! I commented under one of her TikTok's and suggested she read the IC agreements. She didn't even acknowledge.
I have not watched and I don't do Tik Tok.

But how do we know she is mystery shopping? Just because she says she is a shopper...does that really mean she is? Is she naming the MSC in her vids? Is she showing herself filling out the reports online or getting payments from a MSC?

If someone wants to post a link to one, I would probably watch...but I'm not going to go search for any.
Is she a fake mystery shopper? All of the fast food shops I've ever done usually require you to order an entree sandwich and wait to see if they suggestive sell - but i havent done the ones she has so maybe im wrong. She just pulls up and blurts out she wants a #1 with a coke or a double cheeseburger, fries and a lemonade. Just dosent seem right. Also how is she keeping acurate track of her times if shes is fooling around recording videos?

do you actually have to be on tiktok to see it? I don't do tiktok, if it's also posted on youtube or FB reels or videos I'll watch it, even if it's only for entertainment purposes.

She's on facebook.

No. I don't do any of those things but I googled the handle and was able to watch her video without "joining" anything. I think it was the Tiktok but maybe Youtube.
ok, I tried.. I can't watch that. it hurts, as in physically painful to listen to her voice and look at her face. I suffered through a @#$%& fest about a USPS shop and a gas station shop. Why isn't just reporting what she found enough, does she really have to say such unkind things about random people?
Found her on Facebook. She is hard to watch as she is very annoying. She lists the names of the customers such as Arby's, Chick-Fil-A, USPS, etc. At one time she said she was in SC.
I commented on her latest Tiktok and asked her if she ever worries about violating IC Agreements with her videos. She simply "liked" my comment and did not respond. She seems to be a subject matter expert on mystery shopping. I wonder if she knows about this forum.
I checked out the TikTok page and saw she also had a YouTube channel, and found it all somewhat blissfully ignorant. I doubt that she's really aware of violating a contract, and probably just feels like she bringing MS awareness to the online community...but it's just not that interesting. And I don't see the point is selling MSing to anyone who's not already interested.

MSF is pretty 'old school' as social media goes, and you have to be adept at reading/writing, and have a genuine interest in MSing to take part here in the long term. We are probably all somewhat jaded as a group in assuming other shoppers have as much understanding of the industry as we do. Most shoppers live in the information vacuum that the MSC's create, and don't interact with other shoppers.

That said, these all seem to be pretty basic and low value shops she is sharing, and assume at some point, she will be called out and potentially banned. Anything you post on the internet is essentially permanent (including what we post here) and I am shocked that people don't think twice about what they post at times.

Perhaps the more prestigious travel/dining shops would gather more of audience, but that would be a disaster in the making, so hopefully it doesn't get to that. Coyle now has a policy at the bottom of their assignment instructions that warns about you or your guest posting anything about the assignment on social media. And it is grounds for cancellation. I would hate to see someone out hundreds or thousands of dollars for a stupid mistake like that. Having to suck up the cost of McD's drive through would be a much better way to learn the lesson...
Does she even care? The dream of many of those who have their own social media presence is to get followers and then advertisers and make oodles of money. It is probably just a dream for most but as the success stories of those who make big bucks are all over the media the fact that many never make a penny are ignored. So, if she hits it big on social media she can earn more a month than in a lifetime of mystery shopping. Why should she care if she gets cut from the msc when she sees a goldmine just ahead of her.?

As you mentioned, those who get big $$ are the ones you hear about...but those who put in a a lot of work for little reward don't get much press. Works a bit like MS, in fact. Many potential shoppers excited about the idea of mystery shopping a cruise, or fine dining, and yet they are not generally not too excited about reporting timings at a drive-thru, even if that may be the meat & potatoes of income for many professional shoppers.

But I think you are correct, Sandy. She's probably doing the MSing for the social media aspect, and not for the money or free goods.
I’ve got Nikki Connected YT vid popped up on my feed today, n it was filmed on a Hôtel assignment
So after watching a few i think they are fake. She talks in an update about a pizza hut one where i she was supposed to give the cashier a gift card. Im guessing the manager took it. People where upset in the comments so she made a follow up video about talking to the right people and getting it fixed. Who would the right people be? Once you complete the shop your job is done. You don't fix the problems. Your report would tell of it and the company would take over. Is she tryong to tell us she talked to the MSC who assigned her the job and they got the cashier her gift card? Because we all know the MSC really doesnt care as long as they get a report OR did she call pizza hut corporate and jeapordize the whole project?
I don't know of any shops recently at Pizza Hut where you give out a gift card.
Anyone else?
To the best of my knowledge the only current pizza hut shops have nothing to do with gift cards or rewards for the employees. And the company that does the current Pizza Hut shops doesn't have a history of doing in person reward shops.
I noticed that as well about the Pizza Hut mystery shop and she put a tiktok out yesterday about someone there eating a slice of her pizza which seems outrageous to me. I have noticed that she does quite a few McDonalds shops and I have not seen McD's in years. Im starting to think shes a fake as well.

No one is shopping the Golden Arches right now, haven't for YEARS.
And I've done plenty of pizza shops over my years of shopping. No one has EVER eaten a slice of my pizza.
She's got to be fake.
Has anyone commented on her Tik Tok's about possibly being fake?

But apparently she's getting views, followers or whatever it is that makes you popular on social media.
She has 55K followers and all of the comments affirm her and compliment her. I have not seen that anyone has called her out as a fake. I did comment once asking if she had concern of violating IC agreement and she "liked" it but did not repspond.
