I believe if you do one of them you cannot mystery shop that location in the future but I may be wrong.
I have completed the compliance shops for the past four years; my fees have ranged from $20 to $40. Rosie is correct, concerning not being able to visit for a secret shop. As I weekly travel on non-shopping business, the jobs work out well for me. Out of 21, I have only needed to wait once. Pay arrives on the 20th of the following month.
I first saw them posted with an end date in a week that I was already totally booked. I noted to self to check the next day, knowing that dates get extended often. Then forgot. By the time I remembered at the end of the next day, the dates had been extended, and all 5 in my 15 mile radius were taken. Broke my heart. I love these, and enjoy working for the MSC.

Notice to competition: I'm watching those farther out stores!
Duplicate post, sorry. smiling smiley

I have done them for $25 or $30. It was very easy. The only time it would be a problem is if the store is busy with customers, then you may have to stop and start the compliance review a few times. I've never had to worry with customers, and I've been in and out in a half hour or so. I prefer the compliance reviews over the MS, so I am okay with not being able to do the MS.

Don't know if I am late to the party, but I don't see any on the board near me. I have to go out over 200 miles to see them show up a couple of states away. Do they normally stagger the release? I can't remember how they've done it in the past.

I've performed several this round and each of them were quick and painless. Last round, I had to ask how long I had to sit and wait for the associate, it was taking so long.

Normally I receive an e-mail when they are released, but I did not get one this time. I am thinking they have not all been released. I check the job board every day, and there would have been some rural ones not too far from me, even if the local ones got taken.
I usually get emails about these compliance shops. I have not gotten any emails since September or so. I searched out 250 and there are none. Either they have not been released in my "area" or they all got snapped up.

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008
I avoid phone mystery shops like the plague. I'd happily do revealed audits like these...
