Hello everyone. I am new to the scene and need help passing the Certification for the Chase Checking and Savings shop. You only get three attempts to pass and I'm almost out of chances. There are only five questions but I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Can anyone help please?
Just here to say I can’t either! And I normally never have a problem with these certification tests. Anyway there is only one in my area so I just said F it lol!
If this is the company I am thinking of with the tests required- I will tell you that a few of the questions had WRONG answers as the correct ones. I read the guidelines, printed them up and took the test serval times even having my spouse read the questions and discuss the correct answers with me. We are both college educated and know how to read- the test is the problem not the taker! The test is screwed up and the company does not know how to write tests properly! I wrote to my scheduler and she is the one who told me that wrong answers would be marked as correct- so contact your scheduler.
