Just did my first shop and it was over $500 ???? now onto my second and they asked me to come back tomorrow because the items are locked in the manager’s office.. mildly infuriating…

I have had a few at 700. If they want you to go back, I would get in touch with the company and ask how to proceed. Can you go back? If so, you should get paid for another visit..in my opinion. See what they say, don't just go back
I agree with Datagirl, call the company. If you chose the $30/store, you definitely want to get it reassigned like it's a new location. Otherwise you are losing $$$.
Update, RQA wanted me to go back, but the next day I called the store and the manager said that their district manager had the items destroyed already, so no second visit! Has anyone had this scenario though where the items are already been destroyed?

Yes, some stores threw them out right away.

So, in that case, you still complete the report and have the manager sign it?
Yes, a store I went to said they were instructed to destroy it. I just did the report as normal and had them sign.
They sent me advances via direct deposit but today I received a paper check. I submitted expenses on Sept 29th, they were approved on Oct 3 and the check was cut on Oct 11, so for those of you waiting on a reimbursement they might send a physical check.
Just explain in the notes section that the store already destroyed the product.

No question they are totally slammed with this thing, and things are out of sync as a result.

I received a call on Friday (October 13) responding to a voicemail I left on September 29 about a location needing a revisit.

I have spoken with someone to request expedited reimbursement of expenses for all the rounds I've done, but not all have been handled as such. To confuse matters, the dates (when they show up) in the expenses grid in the rep portal are kinda all over the map.

Looks like I'll have a direct deposit hitting this week, as well as a check that shows as being sent October 11. Best I can tell, there is still one round where the expenses have not processed at all.

These are all minor matters in the grand scheme of things given the lucrative nature of the project.

Luckily, I've been able to cover my credit card balances so far with the advances/reimbursements received to date, and my next wave of payments isn't due for a couple more weeks.

I haven't done any of these yet, but I see a few in malls. I'm hesitant to take any because I'm picturing me trying to carry huge boxes out to my car. If there are a boatload of products to take, how do you get it all to your vehicle without stressing? I can see in a 7-11 or convenience store where you're parked right there, but a mall? Will I need a truck thingy, like the UPS guys? I think I'll pass for now..I don't like what my mind is saying to me

FWIW, all the mall locations I have done have had zero product to pick up. I take a 30-gallon industrial garbage bag with me just in case there is product to remove.

Thank you

The payments are definitely out of whack and are hard to follow on their site. The first job I did says paid and a check was issued on 10/11. I sent my direct deposit info but whatever, they only owe me $30 from that one. The second one I am owed almost 4k and that one I need. I again sent direct deposit info on the 10th. It looks like they did something because now it says net total is zero meaning they paid. No check number though and so far no direct deposit.

Not too worried about it yet. Was a big project. And now they have Snapple recall and I did 10 stores over the weekend but luckily only had to purchase about $100 worth of product.

My credit card bill won't be due until end of November so plenty of time for them to pay. Would just like to stick the money in savings until it is time to pay.
Anyone have an update on payments? I’ve sent requests last week for completed assignments but have only received the advances so far.

Does anyone have specifics about shipping? Can we send the small boxes or do they need to be repackaged? I'm not finished with my locations so I can't access the labels...how many will they print?

You will have the option of selecting as many labels as you want. The ones I had in the small boxes I left as is and placed them in my shipping boxes. It wouldn't make sense to actually ship the small boxes (10 packs) if that is what you are asking? They want the boxes to be no larger than 16 inches. I bought boxes at Walmart for a little over a dollar each.

I have the same question. I shipped 2 boxes on the 12th and submitted expenses at the same time but have heard nothing back. I also received new advances today.

What do you do if one store has so much productvit has to be shipped in 2 boxes? One of my loxations had 174!! Im not sure how to handle the packing alip.

I broke up one of my stores between two boxes. I just made it clear on the packing slip what I had done. That was one of my first batches. It has already been approved and rated satisfactory, so apparently they were fine with it.

MW- In this case- do you print 2 identical FEDEX labels?

NM_ I figured it out.

any one getting reimbursements on these?

I have 4 sets that are "in the works" today. I only know this because I got an email earlier today asking about the number of hours I had on one of them. I called the person who sent the email and asked him about the other 3 as well. He said they were all good. But as of now the "Approved Date" has not been added on any of them. Hopefully it's a nightly cycle and I'll see the dates tomorrow, then on to the "Check Date" for those 4.

The last round I got paid for, the Approved Date was 10/3/23 (Tue), the Check Date was 10/6/23 (Fri), and I think I got the check in the mail on 10/11/23 (Wed).
I have routes that were entered 10/10, 10/13, and 10/15. Still no approved date on any.

I entered a Snapple on 10/16 and have an approved date of 10/19 and the check date is filled in with 10/25.

I’m hoping for the chip $$$ soon. That is the project that melted my credit cards.

I was sitting on ~$9800 in reimbursement. Six days after filling out the expense report I called and left a message. My call was returned the next day. The awesome rep I talked to processed my reimbursements and I had a direct deposit the next day. I'm still waiting for mileage that will come in a check later but I am fine with that.

I sent an email right after I did the expense report. I sent my direct deposit info and requested the purchase money be reimbursed ASAP. The reimbursement was deposited into my account in two days. My pay, and other expenses were approved and checks issued but they don't mail checks right away. So still waiting on that but I know it is coming. Just happy to get the reimbursement money back. I laid out about 5k for purchases.
I sent an email on Sunday asking for reimbursement. I see that my account shows it now as paid so I should see a direct deposit or check soon. Very quick and easy.
I had an airport shop yesterday. It had nothing to do with retrievals, but at a newsstand/convenience store I noticed a bunch of those super hot chips on a snack shelf.

If they were bagged chips, they're fine to be sold. The ones discussed in this thread are the single chips in a black, red and green box.

I had an email exchange the other day re: a miscalculation in expenses from an early round that had held up payment. Once we figured it out I asked for a direct deposit as I had initially requested expedited payment.

The rep informed me they are no longer doing direct deposits. Checks are run 3 times a month.

I have a check for 2 rounds that is showing as having been cut on October 25th, but as of today I haven't received it. The check for the delayed round is "in the works" and hopefully will be approved in time for the check to be cut on the 5th. They also cut checks on the 15th.

So far, the timing of reimbursements has not been an issue given the billing cycles for the various cards I have used for this project. I have enough sitting in my PayPay savings at 4.3% to cover my next bill due on the 10th.

Has anyone had any issues with the app? Working on my 3rd batch of pickups and I cannot get them to "submit' in the app, States "internal server error". Wondering if I should uninstall and re-install the app but I do not want to lose my data. Thanks,
@ShopperGirly, I would suggest calling the after hours number at (888) 383-7152 (I just looked it up in the project materials).

Edited to correct typo.
