Wow - your reviewer was okay with the English muffins? I got dinged on that ...

Just got a delivery that was 1 hour and 20 minutes early before the start of my window. The delivery was made at 5:41pm when my window was 7 pm to 9 pm. I am looking through my emails as this happened before but I don't see any guidelines that would match in the Coaching Guide. As I recall in this instance I should start taking temperatures 2 hours after the delivery - or is it 1 hour and 45 minutes? Any advice?

Asking for input. If my shop is rejected and they ask me to do it over - for example you forgot screenshots or ordered a wrong item, then I'm out the cost of those groceries. Yes I acknowledge that part is on me and I own the mistake. In the 20 shops I've completed, I missed 2. But then they expect me to redo it and I feel like, what is the incentive for me to redo the shop? I guess the chance that I might get kicked off the project? Otherwise if I failed the shop I'd rather eat the $50 loss and NOT redo the shop just for another basket of groceries I don't need.

Who else got the email from the scheduler? He seemed pretty intense with his "reply to this email" smh.

You answered part of your own question about staying on the project. But re-doing is essentially getting closer to breaking even for this round assuming the redo will be acceptable, reimbursed and paid.
From a business and professional perspective for your work as a 1099 mystery shopper, it's more on the work and relationship with the MSC you're working with, NOT the groceries you may or may not need.

Side note - how long is this project running again?

Has anyone else ordered English muffins or bagels without penalty? The guidelines state that sliced bread loaf or a pack of buns should be ordered. But just below the first-choice bread images, this is stated: "In addition to above, other styles of bread are allowed to be ordered."

Besides me?
I've ordered english muffins twice.
I got the email as well. I haven’t replied yet but yes I turn my reports in same day, usually within an hour, 2 if I’m just making it home and feeling sluggish@Capurato wrote:

Yes, besides you and the person who stated they got dinged for ordering this item. Based on your different outcomes, it sounds like a risky proposition.

Not sure on the details of the project.
But as for the schedulers for that MSC, I’m pretty certain they’re more like salary employees. I’ve seen their employment job listings and maybe they get bonus pay for their projects? Either way, could be because of their location, but they don’t get paid enough for the kind of work they probably have to get through for their day to day.
