Has anyone had to redo their certification? I just had to take the test again. The MSC didn't tell me I'd done anything wrong, but when I logged on, I was prompted to do the recertification.
A LOT more than 4 months for me. I did my first FG in August 2019. This was my first recertification.@myst4au wrote:
I have to recertify periodically. doing the Certification again seems to be based on the passage of time (4 months, maybe?). I just do it.

Same for me in NY/CT.@KokoBWare wrote:
Here in the mid-Atlantic, still $17.25 across the board through Feb. 11.
It boggles the mind that the MSC spends that much time and effort haggling over a few dollars -- especially for a time-tested, reliable shopper.@MisterBill wrote:
I love shoppers who flake out. I got a call from the US scheduler on Sunday morning about a lunch shop that I know had been taken because it wasn't on the website on Thursday. She offered $25 to go on Sunday (only day offered) and I said it was too cold out to go for that price. She said OK but called back an hour later offering $30 and said it was extended to Tuesday, so I took it. It had been $22 on the website although I think they raised the leftover shops to $25 later in the morning.
Absolutely. They could get their shops filled earlier in the week with reliable shoppers if they'd just be willing to give us our price. There was one time not too long ago when I got a text from a US scheduler on a Friday offering me my usual price for a shop, and I took it. But I haven't had that happen again.@gukka wrote:

It's free with additional purchase (which you might be getting, anyway). Last week's Wendy's offer was totally free.@hbbigdaddy wrote:
Free Shake Shack burger with Tmobile Tuesday. You can PM your code to me if you are not going to use yours :-)
I have 2 codes now (wifey and me). I need 2 more to feed the kids

Wendy's isn't worth asking for a code :-P
i will only go to SS with some kind of deal
Wendy's is common people food. I can go there without a deal. I still want a deal, but i'm not avoiding the place without a deal.

The spicy chicken sandwich was good, especially for what I paid. And they're nearby. SS is over a half hour away. I wish their offer was good for a chicken sandwich.@hbbigdaddy wrote:

Here's a 5 Guys question.
They have one marked 1/24 only. $35 plus 17.25
I cant do tomorrow.
If nobody grabs it, do they usually carry the offer over to the next day?
My experience is yes, and it gets a very long date range, like a week. Good luck on it still being available.@chaser915 wrote:

The JM offer was amazing, because like their birthday free sub, it just gets deposited into your account and can be used at any time.@hbbigdaddy wrote:
Nah...just looked for some extra ones for SS. I wasn't asking for others in here. I think the other good one was the free Jersey Mike's a month or 2 ago. I had a friend who gave me theirs, so I didn't ask on here.

I agree with HBB. I would and will get a free burger at Shake Shack even if I need to buy something else. A twofer one there is a good deal. Unlike the deal Del Taco offered yesterday I had to laugh at. I know this is a burger thread but....for national salsa day they offered a bogo on the purchase of 100 of those little salsa packets for $17.99.
And for the tip concerned, in California workers at fast food earn now a mandated $20 an hour. That is more than someone getting a job with a BA in English or Philosophy or other non science, not computer degrees will probably earn.
