Yes, I noticed that they were low. Also that the automated system did not roll out on 8/22 and the email doesn't mention it anymore.@weatherman2111 wrote:
Anyone notice the Samantha offers just dropped by 5 bucks? Seriously?

I love flakes! When I checked the job board yesterday, there were no shops near me. A scheduler called today with 3 bonused shops.

Strange, or at least I thought. Doesn't Samantha normally offer a couple dollars more than what the shops pay on the board?
Today I got a Samantha offer for the same $10 fee that it was on the board for.

It was just rain. Most of the areas were fine and nothing to worry about. News loves to sensationalize and scare people (hurricane in CA!!!). Went to dinner at CPK last night on my own dime with a costco gift card. I think the restaurant was not prepared for as many people as starting showing up. People stayed inside most of the day and realized nothing was going to happen and started coming out for dinner. I'm sure most of the In N Out, 5G, and other locations were open and operating just fine. I'm also sure there were some areas more affected than others where stores could have been closed.
Hopefully it's just a mistake.@hbbigdaddy wrote:
I see the new round of five guys shops have been reduced to $9. They are taking after the "big I" msc.

I was away for a couple of weeks and obviously the Samantha self-assign is now live. I'm getting multiple identical emails, seems like the number of emails = the number of locations in the email. But the rates are crazy low. Have people been able to get their usual pries? I got a call from a scheduler two weeks in a row, but since I was out of the country and would have had to pay to answer the call, I sent it to voicemail (I don't think that they left one).
OK but how about MAO? Still getting accepted at the previous amounts or are suckers (oops shoppers) taking the before they get t a decent price? All the shops in my area are still available this week (it's shoppers-choice/one-shop week).@DRJ wrote:
Crazy low, stupidly low. I keep getting multiple emails for a shop at $1 over the self assign price ($13 vs $12) for a location that used to be regularly bonused to $19. I personally won't do a Five guys for less than $20 unless I happen to be virtually next door for other reasons. I'm seeing fewer and fewer $20 plus opportunities in this area. And don't even get me started on all the IPSOS restaurant shops being taken at base fees around here.

I got an offer to do a shop for $30 (highest ever for that particular location). Problem is, the location is closed for rebuilding. I had sent a message to the Help Desk when I first found out about this. I guess nobody's paying attention.
Well, all three shops that I usually do are still available, and I can wait as long as necessary to get my price (I wouldn't do more than two this week, anyway). The price up to $15 now, but no MAO.@wrosie wrote:
Mrbill, the only ones I see in my area going to MAO are the 30 minutes before closing time.
I truly believe that if the shops aren't taken at what the MSC feels is reasonable, they are not done.
