First time I've heard anyone complain about it. The delivery shop is particularly simple. And yes, the reimbursement is too low.@metro25782 wrote:
The MSC form is confusing as hell though.
Redundant questions don't bother me, especially when it's just giving a rating. I had a poor delivery experience today, turns out the driver had two orders and went out of his way to deliver the other one before getting to me (I watched him on the DoorDash app). The food showed up 11 minutes late, and it wasn't hot, and the shake wasn't frozen. So I had multiple chances to rate the delivery poorly and say that I would not use it again.@BirdyC wrote:

First, you need to remove the name of the company from your post. Second, the app is very old, it doesn't even show guidelines correctly anymore. I would not use it for anything other than viewing available and assigned shops.@Dalewoosley wrote:
Anyone use the app for their shop write up? I was advised by the MSC not to use it, but others say it is much easier than the Internet site form.

Just a warning guys, you've got a bunch of violations in the last round of posts here. You can't post the MSC in this topic as the client is already listed. You may want to go back and edit your posts.

Probably not. Ironically, I was across the street from FG picking up food at Chipotle while the driver was there, would have been nice if I could just go in and pick it up. Apparently the drivers are allowed to do more than one delivery, but it just seems wrong to have the first stop be out of their way since I was following him on a map. I eventually called and asked why he was going the wrong way and he told me that he had another delivery first.@Isaiah4031a wrote:
And I bet he did not have a hot bag with him when they brought it to your door.. I used to worked for an couple of third part delivery services and I always had a hot bag inside the restaurant. They would thank me for doing that..
I also had the food in my hot bag inside my car.. (It also had a side pocket for 4 drinks/shakes). Sadly I have seen may DD drivers (and other third party drivers) come into the restaurant with no hot bag..

I get chocolate, salted caramel, Reese's peanut butter cups (a new addition and delicious in the shake), Oreos (both the creme and pieces) and sometimes peanut butter if I remember. It's excellent, and you can eat it with a spoon. Also, delicious if you freeze it and eat it later, as others suggested.@BirdyC wrote:
Vanilla ones are OK, but every time I get a flavored one, like salted caramel or chocolate, there's not enough flavor.
And of course whipped cream on top!
Ooh...Reese's peanut butter cups sounds like a tasty new option! I haven't done a shake shop, or even a general Five Guys shop, for quite some time, so it's interesting to see that they added new flavors. Hopefully it is available nationwide.
On the shake shops I completed in the past, I would usually get Oreo cookies and cream, peanut butter, and salted caramel. Like many of you, I would freeze my shake. I prefer eating it with a spoon like ice cream!

Last week, little cheeseburger, little cup fries, regular drink: $18.37.
Why aren't you getting much of a fee for a local FG, other than you taking the shop too early? Would someone have taken it for $9 if you hadn't? I get $25 for my local FG.@BirdyC wrote:
I've got one this week and since it's my local place, I'm not getting as much of a fee. So it's gonna be whatever I can order and come in under or at reimbursement. No burger for me.

Oh, OK. when you said it was for this week, I mistakenly assumed that you were doing it for $9.@BirdyC wrote:
I got $25 for it last time, but hardly ever get that much for that location. It's like 2 miles from me. They offered $20, I asked for $22 and got it--and I'm fine with that. It's more than what I get offered through Samantha, and it was on the board for $15 without MAO.

And it's not even a holiday weekend! I am unavailable to shop this week, so I told the female schedule not to call me.@HonnyBrown wrote:
The scheduler called me this afternoon. Usually he calls on Friday afternoons. He offered me three shops for this weekend at the fee I wanted.

MisterBill,
You might know the answers to my questions.
I've done the delivery shops when they get to $10. Right now it is at $5. Do you know when it gets raised?
Also, to get to the minimum $15 order I've been able to get a regular burger and medium fries. Now this one has a shake. They say they'll reimburse up to $15 plus $6 for the shake. So can i still get my normal $15 order and get full reimbursement PLUS the shake reimbursement?
Do you understand what I mean?
