Really surprised that they would not approve $25 for you at a location you'd already done for that price.

I made an offer of $20 for a location I've gotten more for before, and it was rejected. They appear to be tightening the purse strings.

I just did a late shop Friday night (30 minutes before closing), called to confirm they were opened and they said until 10pm. When I got there at 9:20 everything was wide open I walked in and they said ‘well we’re closing early due to weather.’ No snow on ground whatsoever yet. I better get half of my promised pay for making the trip. We’ll see.
They just didn’t want to work anymore that night because it was slow.
Wow congrats. Have you gotten that for the same location previously?@ravensr4real wrote:
I just submitted a $29 fee and got it, just did it today. I guess you never know how desperate a certain location will get.
I'm surprised that they did not offer to put in the $20 request and let the supervisor decide. Their inconsistency is mind-boggling.@gene wrote:
I got email from them for $18. After that checked the board: it was listed for the same price. I got call from scheduler and she offered me the same $18. I told her that I do not need her assistance for such price, and can pick it up from the board. I stated that can do it for $20 (they paid me such fee before). She said she will be call me later. The shop still on the board for $18 and they extended the due day. However I was able to pick up another location with curbside for $20.
The CPI says "• If the shop requires a site visit to determine the location is closed, the Shop Fee will be changed to ½ the original amount, or $3, whichever is greater." so you may only get $4.50. Hopefully they won't do that.@ravensr4real wrote:

I noticed that they had screwed up creating this week's shops a couple of weeks ago. i guess they haven't noticed and fixed it yet.@tigerdave wrote:
Is anyone else only getting Thursday, 2/3 as an option when trying to schedule a Five Guys shop for this week?

Had an interesting delivery shop today. They gave me three shakes instead of one. Made up for the $5 fee!

How did that happen?

Also noticed that the bottled water I ordered was the Acme store brand rather than Dasani that I usually get. Maybe they ran out and went to the supermarket in the same shopping center they're located in? Odd. I did not mention it in the report, but they can see it in the photo if they're interested.

I have 3 consecutive days of $18 fee lunch shops that I got from the board. This is much easier than negotiating with schedulers or $25 MAOs that don't get approved. I'm going for the guaranteed $18 from now on.

Good plan. I’ve enjoyed the bonuses as much as anyone else. Holding out for two to three times the going rate, and getting it for several months now. However, some of the MSCs, including this one, are showing signs that this is not sustainable.

Yeah, they OK'd a $20 make-an-offer fee for me on an online order shop last weekend but shot down my $20 MAO on an $18 dine-in at another location. It's still on there so I may take it for tomorrow at $18 because it's relatively close to me. Not sure yet though.@HonnyBrown wrote:
It's not sustainable. Also, I notice that the schedulers have caps on their fees and Samantha matches that fee.
