I need terminology help, please...

Does anyone know what this means: ( NO 7/4, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm )? I have no idea what NO 7/4 means? It's for a phone shop.

Is there more context?
It could mean that you are not permitted to make the call on 7/4 - which would make sense as that's a federal holiday.

Yes, as far as I can tell they didn't want you to call on July 4 between 7:30 50 5:30 which at this point is moot since that was last month...
That is my interpretation, too. However, you might mention this to the scheduler. Depending on the longevity of the project, there might be other black-out days, such as Labor Day. We did not know whether those dates automatically were updated as the project progressed, or not...

Bravo, you guys hit the nail on the head. The date reference was for a past shop month.
